Mice droppings in the shower, dirty towels, toilet didn’t flush and I got bit by a spider. Worst stay ever.

I have stayed in the past but this place has fallen off a cliff. Gtounds and lobby were unkempt Deal breaker was the heater/ac unit was creating noise that measured greater than 73Db Cant work with that and staff wouldnt/couldnt work with me.

Great service at the front desk. Had 4 rooms and 1 was fine 2 were ok 4th was disgusting went and booked another hotel. Smelled like smoke sheets werent clean. Toilet leaked. Smoke alarm batterys dead.

It was close to the highway which was convenient. The rooms door didn’t close at the bottom & the tv had to be reset twice by the staff to work. The first night there was a couple of drunks fighting noisily in the parking lot at 2:30am . All told the stay at the hotel was not a good experience.

The water pressure in the sink and shower was very low. No hot water. No chair to sit down at desk. No coffee maker in room as advertised. Coffee at breakfast very weak and cold. Entry door would not close properly. Toilet would not flush properly. All towels were damp. Old food in refrigerator. No luggage rack.. Suit cases had to be put on the floor. No hair dryer. Swimming pool was disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The room was newly remodeled and very clean. Comfortable bed. The exterior needs a little updating but it was a great room with friendly staff.

Barely passable
This place was…interesting. We made the reservation through Hotels.com. On the night of our stay, we got several phone calls from the property. They were overbooked and checking to see who was checking in and who didn’t need their room. Thankfully we were right across the street and able to quickly claim the last available room. The room was clean enough but we weren’t able to get the deadbolt to engage. The air conditioner in the room was functional but SO loud. Every time it switched on it sounded like a helicopter was in the parking lot. The location also had a lot of other noise. There were a number of parties that came in after we’d gone to bed. Since the rooms face the parking lot, all of that noise carried very well into our room.

Overall, not very impressed with the hotel but it did provide nice beds, friendly staff, and a safe place to stay for the night. When we arrived at the desk, the manager told us the room she was giving us was next to a room they were working on fixing the water for so our water would need to be shut off for a bit as well. We decided to swim for a bit to pass the time while they did this. The pool was very dirty with things floating on top and slimy things on the bottom. The water was turned back on so some of the family could shower after swimming but then the water was shut off again and some people had to wait to shower. Even when the water was on, the sink was just a trickle of water to wash our hands with. After showering, my daughter tried to hang up her towel on the rack and it fell out of the wall. Basically, an older hotel with lots needing to be fixed. The breakfast was ok but mostly consisted of bread items, waffles and cereal.

Toilet seat had 1 screw holding it down, so the seat slid when using. The toilet paper holder was completely detached from the wall. No water pressure at the sink such that the water didn’t even drop from the faucet into the sink, it poured out onto the counter. At least a 1/4” gap on the door. We woke to several crickets in the room and something crawling out of the sink drain. All carbs at breakfast (waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, juice). Woke to a dog barking above us when it’s a pet-free property. Towels and sheets were white and fluffy and clean 😊

The room had a bad smell. This is a non smoking room and there were cigarette hole burns on the comforter. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The stains in the shower we are hoping were rust. The room card didnt work after & we had to go back to the office to get that corrected. We would not stay here again. We actually had booked 2 nights and left after the first night. We didnt even care that we lost the money for the 2nd night it was better to just drive the rest of the way home early.

THE FIRST ROOM 204 DID NOT HAVE A WORKING TV AND NOT CHAIR AT THE DESK. MAINTENANCE COULD NOT GET THE TV WORKING. SECOND ROOM 206 DID NOT HAVE A GOOD DOOR SEAL AND FREEWAY NIOSE WAS LOUD AND OTHER GUESS WERE SMOKING WEED AND CIGARETTS WHICH BLOW-IN THE ROOM. MANAGER NOT RESEPTIVE. EXPEDIA SHOULD REMOVE THEM FROM THE LIST OF HOTELS. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I HAVE STAYED HERE IN RESENT WEEKS AND THE TV HAS BEEN THE MAIN ISSUE OR LACK OF TOLETREIES (SOAP AND CLEAN BATHROOM.

Clerk was friendly and easy to work with. The rooms need serious cleaning and updating. We had corner room on ground floor, you could hear loudly the people above as well as kids running around outside., they weren't a problem, the noise was, the room walls are really thin. Wasnt expecting room like the old time
