Computer wasn't working at check-in, arrived in my room to find no towels then learned the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. They gave me a different room where the thermostat wasn't working. The next morning I discovered the shower head wasn't working. All in all, not impressive. I won't stay here again.

Showed head was falling out of the wall. Toilet bolts were missing on one side. Sauna did not work. Half of the lights in the pool room did not work. Seems they need to find a new repair man or the owner needs to stick some money into the place for repairs.

Totally Sketchy
Old and dirty. Deadbolt on room door was broken. Looked like door had been previously kicked in. Toilet paper had a few squares left on the roll when we got there. Cleaning streaks on mirror showed not entire mirror was cleaned. Parking lot had several lights out and was super dark and creepy. Only good thing was the breakfast was decent.

The room was exceptional comfortable and clean. We were on the roadside and it was very quiet until 7:30 am. Breakfast area supplied many choices both hot and cold Highly recommend.

We had no hot water. There was no bedding for the pullout bed, when we got it, they only gave us sheets. Had to ask again for a blanket. The bathroom was beat up, hole in the wall. The front desk help was rude and said they could not bring us bedding, but when we went down they were sitting watching TV.

No Refrig, No Micro, No Phone, Rude Service
When we walked in there wasn't even a hello. No smile, just whats your name...... Got to the room and got everything unpacked and got out of our daily cloths. Sat down and found that the TV didn't work. So we thought we'd call the front desk to see if someone could walk us through a fix. Guess what? NO PHONE. So I walked down to the desk. The lady came up and messed with it for 20 minutes and then retreated to get new equipment to set up. Its 9:30pm. Finally got the TV on.....she left and then we found out the SOUND didn't work. Couldn't turn it up on the TV or the Remote. So we bagged watching TV to unwind. We needed to put things in the cooler in the frig. Guess what? No refrig. Next morning I went to get coffee and my wifes coffee got cold so we decided to nuke it and realized there was no microwave either. I went down to the desk just to pose a few questions. I asked the woman at the desk if rooms were supposed to have phones. I said mine didn't have one. I asked her if rooms were supposed to have microwaves. She replied "some of them" .....WAH? I asked if rooms were supposed to have microwaves. She replied "some of them". I said your website said all rooms come with them. She said "we don't have anything to do with the website". I said unbelievable.....she replied "have a nice day sir" in a snarky way. We deserve a total refund.

We won’t be going back. Place is so in kept and is in great need of updating. Tiles crooked in sticking up in bathroom, could be dangerous. They need to close down and remodel.. just yuck

Lots of people tailgating in the parking lot and or just loitering. And since we had a first floor room, didn’t feel especially comfortable. When and if you could find a staff person they were nice and helpful. The pool was very foggy and the pool light popped out. Found wet towels at the bottom of it.

The hotel was a nice place to stay, but I felt like our room wasn’t cleaned properly. There was hair on some of the towels and when we got an extra sheet and blanket from the front desk it was covered in hair. It was very off putting and I felt a little unsettled by the cleanliness of the hotel.

Request for a FULL Refund. The hallway smelt heavily like weed and our room smelt like pure smoke. The front lady couldnt offer us another room and just gave us FEBREEZE to help with the smell.

Nice place to stay.
The man who checked me in have no information as to wifi, breakfast, or the back door being locked. I asked which end of the hall our room was closest to & he said nothing. My daughter & I got to the back door & the key wouldn't unlock it. My sister was coming down the hall & let us in. Found out the next morning, from a nice lady, that the back door is only one way (out) due to circumstances. I understand & am fine with it but he should have told me.

Very nice suite room, comfortable and clean. Nice place overall. Essential items in the room broken or not maintained, toilet paper holder broken such that toilet paper roll fell on the floor…yuck! Desk area set up was nice but the desk chair was in hideous condition! Couldn’t believe it was still in rotation for use….”pleather”.covering was severely peeling off on the headrest, armrests, and seat. This needs to be switched out immediately. Finally, as a pet friendly facility there is no designated “pet relief” area and the grass was not cut and was quite tall making it very difficult for my tiny dogs to “do their business”.
