First bathroom is very small... no free wifi u have to pay daily for wifi... even when I put free wifi motel 6 comes on our site...

Terrible was nothing like picture on Internet. Had pry marks on door were someone several times have tried to help there selves in, the floor had a hole in carpet patched by a different color ugh would not recommend!

Probably won't stay again...
Donte at the front desk was very rude and the first non-smoking room we got smelt like smoke... The manager there made up for it though. Unfortunately I do not recall her name but she was very nice and moved us to a different room.

Nothing special.
There was nothing special about this room, very old. the volume on the television was awful. Could not understand what they were saying without turning the volume way up. However, the room was very clean. No refrigerator or microwave and we had requested both.

Web site advertised free wifi but they charged. Bedding not comfortable because old and worn out. I asked for room on the main floor due to health problems and the only room available was way in the back and had to park a long way from the room. Will not stay here again.

Convenient and near shopping and restaurants.
Needs remodeling! Old beds, stained carpeting, broken a/couple cover. Sheets did not fit beds.

Carpet had stains, drapes had holes in them. Noise was an issue as I could here everything going on in the rooms above me and on either side. Parking lot was full of trash and in need of repair. Front desk staff was friendly.

Night out on the town
Stay was fine.I'm used to a soft mattress ,because of back troubles, and the one we had was pretty HARD. Other than that, room was fine, for the price.

In town for Blizzard Bash, just a place to crash
We booked the motel 6 purely on price as we were trying to keep our travel cheap for Blizzard Bash. Check in was lengthy due to an employee shift change. Internet is pay to use, barely worked. We were in the back building and there was something nasty on the sidewalk outside our door all 3 days we were there. No toiletries available. Room was clean from a 10 foot glance, but all the corners and tile cracks were dirty. Carpets hadn't been vacuumed in who knows how long. It served the purpose of a place to crash, but barely. But it was only $39 a night.

Poor Service
Checkout is 11a, check in is 3p, they had 4hrs to clean a room, and I didn't check in till bout 6p. Room smelled like road kill, there was NO fridge like I requested, bathroom is smaller then xpected, attitude of front desk was rediculous, she would rather worry bout her cell then the worries of the satifaction of customers.

Not enjoyable
Did not get the room I asked for. Air conditioner did not work. Shower had a ring of mold around it. Stayed 2 nights and never got towels as I requested. Only good thing was it allowed pets and had a pool.

Rented room for my son coming home from Arizona. He said staff was nice but there was a cockroach in the room. Not good worried about him bringing them home in his luggage

Reconsider staying here
Bed was terribly uncomfortable and we were unable to get any sleep. The area also was not quiet but located near a lot of food locations and highway.

We were asked smoking or nonsmoking when we booked and we requested smoking, but once we had paid they told us it was a nonsmoking hotel all together. The lady at the desk was rude and then rude because we arrived 30 minuted before posted check in time. She did not realize that they were 1 hour from our regular time.

Don't try to get coffee before 6 am
Don't try to get coffee 5 minutes early. Told by front desk that I would have to come back if I wanted coffee because it would not be ready until 6 am.

Not to be counted on.
The air conditioning didn't work and it was over 100 degrees outsi.so after a long drive sleeping was almost impossible. There was no map of the hotel in the room so I couldn't even find out where the ice machine was. I was so disappointed I will never stay or recommend Hotel 6 again.

This motel is not handicapped friendly how ever they are pet friendly the only thing in the room was a bed and a TV the bed was ok but only part of the channels worked on the TV for the first 4 days I was there. There was no coffee or anything else so if you only want a basic room here you go.

Went up for drag races at heartland park. Staff was very helpful. Rode up on motorcycle. There were chances for rain and was told we could park bikes under awning to stay dry. Room was clean and neighborhood was great. There was any kind of restaurant you could want very close. If there were any negatives the hotel could use a little upgrade but I would still stay there again.

Motel 6 - Wannamaker Road
The room is too small for 2 people. If someone is standing at the sink and the bathroom door opens they have to move out of the way. The hot and cold water was switched on the sink. There is a heavy rust stain between the seam on the shower walls. Heavy cake of dirt in the corners of the bathroom. Wifi is not included in the price and even if I had paid the extra money the signal didn't reach our room. The check in was smooth and uneventful and the motel is in a good location.

Terrible
This was the worst experience we have had with a room. The hotel did not clean the rooms at all while we were there. The beds were never made and the towels were taken each day but were not replenished. We had 5 rooms and each night we would have to call the front desk to find out we had to go down there if we wanted towels.

Never Again
We ended up not staying, the staff upon arrival were rude and uncooperative, they could not find our full reservation and offered to give us a room for one night when we had a confirmation number for 3. I had 4 rooms reserved and they could only find 3, I gave them all 4 confirmation numbers but they still would not honor it saying they couldn't give me an additional room, I tried to explain I didn't want an additional room I just wanted the 4 I had reserved. I called and Hotels.com found my reservations immediately and called the Motel 6 to try and help, the employee told him, "I already explained to the client I am not going to explain it to you too, I don't have any additional rooms to change the reservation" to which he also tried to explain, we weren't asking for an additional room just the 4 we had reserved. They refused to honor our reservation so we ended up paying almost double to stay at a different hotel, all the hotels in town were booked for the weekend but we were able to get rooms that happened to cancel and had our party had to be at separate hotels to get enough rooms available for Thurs. Fri. and Sat. I will most likely never use Hotels.com to book rooms again as this is not the first time I have had issues with reservations.

Was a terrible hotel stay. Room smelled of cat urine. Air conditioner broken. Tv kept turning off from to many things plugged into outlet. Tv reception was not good. Hook in bathroom came out of door. Only 2 towels for 4 people and one small bar of soap. No wifi had to purchase for either 2.99 or 4.99. Staff was not friendly. Housekeeping was pounding on door at 1045 am to clean room. Terrible experience.

worst stay ever on our wedding weekend
It was the worst stay ever. Not clean, floors were wet and smelled musty, the plumbing in bathroom backed up and flooded the bathroom, and we paid a $120.46 For two nights. Absolutely Un satisfied horrible will not do it again ever.

The room was clean and well kept. Nothing fancy, just a clean place and a comfortable bed. And NO bed bugs. Checked the bed bug registery before staying there and no reports, but also did a quick inspection also, just in case.

Close to shopping
I wasn't expecting much but got even less than I expected. The desk staff was a very nice woman who was helpful but the room was horrible. It was in bad need of remodeling or at least redecorating. The bedspread had several cigarette buns in it, as did the sink area and the side table. The carpet was old, worn, stained and dirty. The room was in dire need of a deep cleaning. There was also no soap in the room but the woman at the front desk was happy to give me some when I asked. I also discovered the need morning that the sink leaked. I told the person at the front desk so hopefully they will fix that.

CUSTOMER SERVICE LACKING
So, when you book a cheap motel, you don't expect a 5 star resort; however, you at least hope to have someone at the front counter who isn't completely clueless. The check in process was really sad. We stood in line... for about 10 minutes. Then we were told we couldn't check in until 3:00 (which wasn't a big deal... ). So, we left, and came back right at 3:00. When we came back, he looked at me and said that the rooms still weren't ready... and I asked when they would be. His response was..."There were 40 rooms to clean, and only 2 people to do it.... honestly, you'll probably want to wait for the next person to check you in..." and pointed at the door... (a new employee was coming in) and he continued to count his drawer. So, I stood back, and waited for her to get situated. She walks in... and asks the employee what's going on... and he keeps counting his drawer... as if she's not even talking to him. She looks at me and asks if she can help... (I explain the situation)... and she says there are plenty of rooms ready. So, she gets us checked in... as fast as she can... and we are on our way. Honestly, the stay was fine. No blow dryers in the room.... but that wasn't the end of the world. The check in process was greatly improved once we were actually acknowledged by someone.

terrible was almost like a crack head hotel the bed was filthy and the floor was awful I don't believe I've ever stayed in a worse hotel in my entire life will never use hotels.com for hotel after getting me that room can't believe you guys would refer a hotel like that you should go do some site inspections to see what it is you're referring that could really help your business
