Excellent hotel and staff. I was surprised to see so many hockey fans stayed there for the game at Scotiabank Arena, which made the hotel atmosphere even more fun. Parking was easy and the location near the arena was perfect.
Room was very clean, even had housekeeping clean up in between nights. Almost unheard of nowadays.

If you book the deluxe king corner room. They will not give you a cn tower view if you book through a third party site. Nice hotel overall besides that one issue.
Delta definitely more of a corporate hotel. Very clean, good breakfast, pool and hot tub! However, staff isn’t hospitable or friendly. The room dining comes in containers and boxes. We ordered a salmon bagel that we had to assemble ourselves. Finally, the junior suite felt more like a large room but not like a suite at all, no compartmented spaces or even kitchenette.
We had a very enjoyable stay here. The rooms were quiet which we really appreciate and they were clean and had every amenity we were looking for except for a microwave, but requested one be brought up to the room. The shower was fantastic; no fiddling with hot or cold water, and very clean. The beds were pretty comfortable and there were a couple of pillow options (more firm and more soft). The armchair and table looking out over the scene downtown were a lovely touch. We spent some time in the pool and hot tub and found them both very nice and then women's restroom/shower room attached was spotless and inviting. The staff were all very helpful and though we didn't eat in the attached restaurant (SOCO) we went in for a couple of to go items and they were always very accommodating. Perhaps the best part was how close we were to Ripley's Aquarium (less than 5 minute walk) and Roger's Stadium. When the audience left the stadium, around 9:30 pm or so, there was some noise from the traffic constables blowing their whistles to direct traffic but that only lasted about 10 minutes and was the most noise we heard. We were surprised by how quiet the hotel was, being so busy and centrally located. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. I only took one star off for "area around the property" because there were signs saying there was no smoking permitted anywhere on the premises but that was definitely not being enforced.
The staff here are super friendly. The location was convenient to many attractions with the subway in walking distance and attached to a covered walkway system. Hotel was clean and comfortable.
