Sweet location.
Great location, close to the course I was on. Close to amenities, restaurants etc. Would go with elite suites again for sure.

Lovely, quiet condo
Wonderful trip to Toronto, this place is located in a quiet area of the Distillery district walking distance from many great restaurants and bars. The quarters themselves were spacious and had a wonderful layout with the living area downstairs and the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. There were a total of 4 people staying there and I never felt cramped or uncomfortable. Very clean and tidy, all of the furniture was simple and the pull out bed for the sofa was very easy to use. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and tableware and has a dishwasher. Parking can be tedious if you are not used to paid parking, park out on the street at night if you can and in the visitors parking during the day for longer pay periods. The iron was rusty (probably not emptied by the previous users) so I could not use it when we needed to iron a shirt. The dryer is a concern only because the lint trap looks to be getting built up, otherwise both the washer and dryer work perfectly fine. Overall, this was a lovely place to stay for those who want to be close to Downtown without the trouble of crowds and want a more relaxed trip to Toronto. The location and quarters have a home away from home feel to them.

Great place to stay!
We were in Toronto for a Jays game and this condo was just right for us. We parked in the condo garage (not expensive) and walked everywhere. Very close to the Distillery District and a do-able hike to the Rogers Centre. The condo was clean, comfortable and very quiet. The owner was very helpful via text messaging.

Fun Townhouse Set-up and Location
Enjoyed location near Distillery District/Park and close to downtown. Nice easy independent access and quiet. Facility great and new. Sitting area & TV on main level with Bed & Bath upstairs. Fine for me but perhaps a challenge for less mobile guest. Didn't really need/use kitchen, but nice option.

Convenient location
Close to downtown, very clean and comfortable. Parkin garage verh convenient but payed. Parking in the street free but only at night and every spot was used at the same block, we would have to park across the square so I just paid for the garage. It was cheap considering the downtown location.

This is a private condo residence being rented out
Beware of booking this place. They require a 300.00 deposit for damages and their system for check in completely failed - If I had not called and emailed them, I would not have known how to get to their location This is a private condo, and the first night, there was a party outside next door - creating all kinds of noise. Because is is a private condo rental, there was nothing I could do but deal with the noise all night. I would not recommend booking this place

Great place, great location!!!
Great place to stay, very clean and quiet. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. My wife and I were able to walk to a bunch of shops and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend staying here.

Nice area with the park right behind you, and close to the distillery district. Great place to stay and visit Toronto for a couple days.

Distillery District Festival of Lights
Great location. Lots of Uber access. Beautiful view. Tons of parking. Quiet building. Fully equipped kitchen. The only minus was that you could smell cigarette smoke. Either in the furnace filters or coming in from the venting.

A sensible stay for The Distillery District
It's a one bedroom townhouse, with the bedroom, bathroom, and washer/dryer up two steep flights of stairs. Downstairs you'll have a nice little galley kitchen, and the main sitting area and a bench by the entry window for doing computer work. This setup was good for me, as it got me moving up and down stairs, but you should be aware of the setup, as you'll probably want to limit you climbing time at some point, like by having a box of kleenex downstairs (they do have paper towels in the kitchen). So......some things worth bringing with you are: a box of kleenex for downstairs, coffee and coffee filters, shampoo/conditioner, and a small thing of laundry soap. Come prepared, and it's a comfortable place with good access to the Distillery, and not too far from downtown (30 minute walk or a trolley or cab).
