I was not happy with the breakfast , there were not anything but bread, pancake , cereal,banana ( which was green and apples which one of them was bitten by a mouse. There was no one to clean the tables after others finish dining. There was a spider on my pillow and a little creature in my bed , like a bed bug.. just butter and jam for the bread. It was not the newest and the cleanest but to be fair it appears that other hotels in the same price range in the area are about the same

Our room was not very clean. The floor was sticky and the covers had holes them. We had a room that was right next to the road and we did not sleep well at all.

There really isn’t anything special to highlight about this motel. The price is certainly way too high for what you’ll experience. I personally just wanted a clean room with a comfortable bed. I got the clean room but the bed has definitely seen better days. The mattress felt like what you get from a foldout couch. The pillows were very small and rigid; it felt like my head was on a bag of old tennis balls. The “free breakfast” is toast, jam, coffee, and make your own waffles. There is a basket with bananas and apples. I expected at least boiled or scrambled eggs in the mix but at least there was something to eat. I don’t know if these rates are normal for a rundown motel in Scarborough, but at $150 a night I expected a better bed and breakfast situation.

Breakfast just sugar stuff, bananas and apples. Kids living at the place scoffed most of them for their school lunches - - at least that's what it looked like to me. Room smelled essence of smoker. coating on the tub was peeling. Latch on the bathroom poorly repaired. Gungy outdoor stairs to get to the second floor room. Cancelled second night and got a refund. thanks God. Stayed at the Hilton Suites in Ajax with pool and hot tub and $20 less. Super 8 was way overpriced. Stay away.

This was one of the dirtest hotels I've ever stayed at. I really didn’t want to touch anything. Bedding was dirty with hair on the sheets. Bathroom wasn't very clean. I will admit the people that work here are very nice. I have to come back to the area next week and booked a different hotel.

Horrible treatment of disabled guest
They gave away my wheelchair accessible room even though it was written in the notes that I needed it. As a result I could not stay at the hotel and they essentially stranded me in Toronto with nowhere to stay.

While the price is low, there were issues. The bathtub had great water pressure, but the shower head stole all that pressure leaving the shower being disappointing. The Internet connectivity was terrible and telling a guy who does this for a living that rebooting the router would have resolve the problem was the wrong answer.

The only positive thing I can say about my stay was the parking was free, and the free Wi-Fi was solid. Other than these, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I encountered several issues during my stay at the hotel: The bed sheets and pillow covers had noticeable yellow stains. The office chair armrest contained debris and gunk. It was disgusting. My room was situated directly next to the main stairway door, resulting in audible disturbances every time someone entered or exited. This placement also compromised the privacy of my phone conversations within the room. The room had a damp atmosphere, and upon first use, the heater emitted an strong and unpleasant odor. There were no conveniently located sockets near the bed. The only available ones were high up, built into the sconces, and required a two-way switch to operate. On my last day, I had a concerning experience around 10 am. I was awakened by loud pounding noises, but due to the poor sound insulation, I couldn't determine if the noise originated from within or outside my room. Upon waking, I discovered that the backplate of my door chain was bent at a 90-degree angle and the chain was unhooked. Fortunately, I didn't observe anything missing from my room, but the experience was quite unsettling. Given the above issues, I cannot recommend this establishment.

The room smell like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Left a pair of shoes in the room returned to the hotel the same day to find them but the room had new guess. Was unable to retrieve my shoes.

Breakfast was very weak, there was cereal but no milk, items were all running low or empty. The parking lot was very dark and the door going from my room to outside didn’t look very secure at all, I would have felt much more comfortable with a chain at the top of the door. I could hear the entire conversation from the room next door. The staff was very friendly, check in was quick and easy. The rooms were surprisingly modern and clean.
