Comfortable base with generous house supplies.
Really loved the location. Great supermarket and Starbucks on doorstep. Liberty Village nearby for restaurants and bars. 504 streetcar on corner for downtown. Loved being near lake shore for morning runs.

3 Day Get away
The Condo is exactly what you see in the pictures. Clean and comfortable. The person in charged is always just a call away if you need anything. Free underground parking witch is a plus. The public transit 504 runs only a block away from the condo. there is a grocery store and a Starbucks just around the corner. perfect location.

The location was excellent! We also loved the access to the apartment from street level without having to go through the lobby.

Very well equipped apartment
Very well equipped apartment ideal for a couple or someone visiting Toronto on business as I was. Quiet, secure. Very close to a good quality supermarket. Good wifi, clean and comfortably furnished. Comfortable bed!

Amazing location
The location was perfect, it was quiet of a night with security 24/7 on the doors, which made me feel very safe (since i was travelling on my own). Plus i was able to walk pretty much everywhere i needed during my 3 nights there as it was so close to everything. Check-in/out was super quick and easy, i couldn't reccomend this property enough to other peoppe. I absolutely enjoyed my stay and would defintely stay again if i were to come back to toronto again.

Central location close to hip Queen West
These hosts are awesome and accommodating. Their comfy hip space has everything guests need to be at home.

Good value and convenient
Good place in a quiet building right on the streetcar line to downtown, in a neighbourhood that’s seen a lot of redevelopment from its early industrial area roots. Short walk to the CNE grounds, which was where I needed to be, so the location was ideal.

Quiet in a good location
I had a nice stay at this place, it is conveniently located near downtown and a major avenue with a lot of business. You can walk safely in this area and tramways take you downtown. The apartment is fully furnished in a quiet building with security but it is not a hotel. It is on the first floor of the building and has a private entrance, it even comes with a designated parking space which is convenient if you are thinking about renting a car.

A Mixed Review
The condo is well located in Liberty Village and the building is fine. The negatives are that this is a ground floor unit with NO windows that open, so the ventilation is challenged. The second issue is that the furniture in the living room is sub-standard and not in line with the overall quality of the unit. The owner is good to deal with.

To address your comments: The condo has a door in both the living room and the bedroom, both of which open to the outside so that you can let air in. The furniture in the living room is the furniture pictured in the listing. It is all from CB2 and very high quality.

Convenient location. Reasonable walk to major venues like Rogers Center CN Tower. Right on transit routes for street cars and busses. Supermarket, Starbucks and Tim's less than half block away. Quiet building in good area. Very nice, clean and comfortable. Well equipped for cooking. Definitely would book again.

Nice privately owned condo - good location
Checked in by owner, very friendly and helpful. Had some difficulty with cell, carrier removed international service by mistake and owner provided me with land line as soon as I explained my situation. Condo had underground parking and was very handy and functional. Was fully furnished with extra towels and linen. Had lots of cleaning and cooking supplies. Really needed nothing besides. Location excellent for groceries, restaurants and events.

It is an apartment so there is no daily cleaning. The security guards are very helpful.

Nice Apt close to Public Transit
Location was in a safe and quiet apartment complex close to a main Trolley line. Was easy to drive to ( < 3km from QEW/Spadiner Expressway). Very clean nice 1 bdrm furnished apartment with a nicely stocked kitchen for vessels and utensils and a grocery store within walking distance. Could get to downtown Toronto within 20min by public transport.
