Thank You for your comments.Unfortunately the search engine on hotel.com will not sort our seasonal versus year round pools. Our Motel will always appear as having pool as an amenity. All of the websites state very CLEARLY that our pool is CLOSED OCTOBER till APRIL. It is up to our guests to read that piece of information and possibly call us directly to confirm that all of the amenities and available at the time of your visit.The information about the seasonal pool has been on our website and hotels.com website since March of 2022 and has never changed. Please kindly refrain from spreading untrue facts about our pool.We are extremely serious about the way we run our small business as several employees depend on our performance and financial situation. We are very strictly adhering to the 48 hour cancelation policy and it is explained on hotel.com website. Therefore at the time of check-in it is too late to be asking for a refund.And on a personal note, you were very apologetic on Thanksgiving day and very sweet about the whole pool situation. You clearly stated in our conversation that you understand no refund can be issued, as it is way past the 48 hour cancellation window.Kind regards,Aquarius Inn Management

Thank You for your comments. Our motel is open and welcoming to guests of all gender, race, nationalities and age. The guests you saw were probably just arriving, unpacking and trying to get settled into their rooms.Our motel sign is not broken at all, it just has light sensitive illumination that comes on at dusk, so if it wasn't lit up, it was not dark enough outside.

Thank You for your comments. There are very few establishments that operate on Sunday. It is highly recommended to do your research ahead of time, especially when you are travelling on Sundays. We are located in a rural area and our season is slowing down.
