Malheureusement il nous est pas possible d'agir sur les réservations non annulables et non modifiables .le système de la chaine ne le permets pas .C'est comme chez Air France ou Lufthansa ... un tarif non annulable et non remboursable est certes bien plus intéressant mais avec des contraintes de le prépayer et de ne pas pouvoir le changer .. peu importe les raisons qui vous amène à vouloir changer la date du séjour.Nous n'avons pas fait d'erreur mais faites attention de réserver le bon tarif lors de vos prochaines réservations peu importe l'hôtel.Au plaisir de vous recevoir une nouvelle fois prochainement.Cordialement Nadja HillhouseDirectrice
