Breakfast was a few yogurts, two cereals, and instant oatmeal. No juice and the waffle mix was empty. This was at 6:00am, so they can't blame it on running out later in the morning. It just sucked

About waffle mix, most guest push the button in wrong direction and think there is no waffle mix, we think you might have faced the same issue because waffle mix was prepared before 6am and was there till 9am.

Property is pictured as clean and new. It’s worn, room furnishings are stained. The room was not cleaned well. Breakfast was three walmart yogurts and mini muffins. Cold coffee no cream or sugar out. I understand that at 95.00 a night is going to be minimal. However Microtel is supposed to be clean and no fuss. I would not stay in another microtel again due to the condition of this one.

The counter staff were extremely friendly. The beds, linens, and pillows were clean and comfortable. The desk chair in our room looked to be held together with electrical tape, and was unstable. Breakfast was underwhelming. I would stay here again. I needed a clean, quiet, safe place to spend the night, and that is what I got.

Room was clean and comfortable, but the heat was not working properly. Very small selection of items for breakfast and no coffee. The guy at the front desk aplologized and made me some.

It was a quiet hotel, just somewhere to lay our heads. It was decent. Floors in the room could of been a little cleaner. The power of the shower water was a bit weak but, it is what it is. Never made it for the "breakfast" so can't comment on it. Staff was friendly. Would stay again as it was convenient to where we were visiting.

There is no breakfast available even though they advertise it. I asked about the breakfast on my first morning, after not seeing any food set out, and I was told that there was “bread and cereal”. The orange juice machine was out of order and the air pot with hot water was broken and no alternative was was offered. I ended up eating at a local restaurant. The restaurant on site is a Wendy’s out in the corner of the parking lot. Both nights I stayed there I had very noisy neighbors. The rooms I stayed in, single queen, were TINY! You couldn’t even hardly get the one working luggage cart into the room. The only reason I went back there was because of the low rates I got and it was only one night at a time. Think Motel6 rates lol. Definitely NOT a place for an extended stay.

I Came here for work, this place is affordable, clean, the staff are friendly and accomindating. All my future stays will be here! The rooms are nicely decorated and perfect for an extended stay! There is a small couch, a desk and breakfast nook w/ a microwave and fridge, and a seperated bed. Feels like a small studio. The staff coukdnt be better, friendly and helpful with every request!

Terrible stay! Not recommend!

First, rooms did not have heat! Had to move rooms and heat still didn’t work efficiently, Second, terrible odor in rooms! Found half empty gatorade bottles in room, refrigerator dirty Last no breakfast a handful of muffins out coffee was cold and thick yuck! Poor service at desk!

I am in the Sayre area a few times each year and have stayed at this hotel numerous times. All we need is a clean bed and room to stay in but the hotel has definitely deteriorated over the last couple of years to the point where we were eaten alive by fleas this past weekend. Yes FLEAS! The manager completely denied it but me and my son have the bite marks and annoying itching to prove it. The carpets look like they are never cleaned and I bet it's become a breeding ground for these pests. Really disappointed to have to write this review since it was convenient to stay at this hotel but I feel it needs to be said.

The property and facilities were great, so was all the staff. My complaint is that the promised breakfast was non-existant. People should be warned and given an explanation when there is an issue fulfilling a promise

In the early morning, individuals - other guests? - were smoking in the either their rooms and hallway outside our room. It was extremely noticeable and unpleasant into our room. The continental breakfast was quite sparse with choices -it appeared no one restocked after the first customers left.

Excellent and convenient

Excellent property, very conveniently located- we halted for the night on our way to Roshester, NY from NJ. We had a very relaxed night's rest. The hotel is clean and free breakfast meant we didn't need to stop on our way onward- minimal but sufficient. Rate is 4 and half stars and will definitely stay here again.

You get what you pay for

When you are staying at budget hotels and motels, you have to keep in mind that you get what you are paying for. I see countless reviews for properties like this that are speaking of the consumer’s disappointment in such a way that it seems like they thought that they booked at the Four Seasons. You didn’t you booked a $100 a night hotel / motel / micro hotel so maybe let your review reflect that. So, seeing as how I am aware that this is a budget property, it was fine. The room wasn’t ready despite us being there well after 3 pm, the front desk attendant wasn’t efficient or friendly. The room was fine, it was a motel room. The bed is not comfy but we have slept on worse

You get what you pay for, I suppose

The bathroom door didn't latch. The sink and tub were both clogged...I was ankle deep in water during my shower, and the sink was almost overflowing after we all were done getting ready in the morning. There is nothing unfixable; management just needs to stay on top of things.

Not what we expected

Building needs maintenance (water stains in ceiling, chips in wall plaster). Had no soap in bathroom except for the used bar of soap left in the shower. Hair dryer didn't work. Food was in the fridge from previous customer. On a good note, the lady working the breakfast area was very friendly and kept items stocked.
