The first thing people think when a cockroach appears in view of them, it must be dirty here.We have cocky baits in all our rooms.In the warmer weather in FNQ they are more prevalent.They can also hide from human eyes especially during daytime hours when the maids are cleaning the room.We average 8.5 out of 10 from all our reviews.I gave the guest some spray and he was all okay with that.WE have a lot of outdoor travellers and workers stay with us and we have no control over what arrives in their luggage.

Thanks for your feedback, we have looked into the water pressure problem, the bathrooms have just been refurbished and the shower rose has a button at the side of it which gives you the option of four different flows of water( we were not aware of this until now) so we will be replacing these items as soon as possible, thanks again for your input.

Thanks for your comments, the toilet system that was only installed in the last month had a problem which has been rectified, the shower head has a water saver in it so we have removed that to allow a stronger stream of water, the cleanliness of the drawers and bench and also the stained washer has been taken up with housekeeping, I apologize for that.

Yes unfortunately toilets do that at times, the housemaids are aware to look out for blown bulbs, leaking toilets etc so we can fix those types of problems. There is nothing worse at the still of the night having this occur and we do apologize for this inconvenience.
