즐거운 휴가
거의 모든 것이 만족스러웠던 휴가였다. 깨끗한 객실과 가까운 공원 등 아이들과 함께 하기에 최고였던 거 같다. 하지만 아쉬웠던 점은 웹싸이트에 나와있는 야외사진들이 모두 호텔 소유가 아닌 퍼블릭 커뮤니티던데 고객들이 헷갈리게 제대로 고지를 안한 것과 공사 중이라 내가 머무는 곳에 가려면 오피스에서 다시 차로 이동해야 했던 점이다. 그 외에는 정말로 괜찮은 곳이라는 생각이 든다.

Had a wonderful stay. 4 nights. Close to everything we wanted. Some reviews mentioned road noises. I only heard a emergency vehicle go pass on 2 nights, but in Kitchen. Couldn't hear any noise in main bedroom.

Excellent Location
We stayed here because we were attending a concert at the Riverstage Stadium and the accommodation was only a five minute walk away. The two bedroom apartment was very spacious with a big balcony overlooking the river. It was very clean, apart from the bathroom which was a bit grimy. There was also hair behind the door. We had an undercover parking spot opposite the door to the building, which was included in the room rate. There is a cafe a short walk away (a couple of minutes) which is operated by the apartment complex, and very reasonably priced with great coffee. We would stay here again if needing accommodation in this area. Overall, it was good value.

Fabulous location in Townsville.
Great location. We asked to move to another apartment as ours was very noisy. We were close to the hwy. The staff were fabulous and moved us to a much quieter apartment facing the river. We also asked for a late check-out which was accepted. The location is about a 5 minute walk to the Riverway lagoon. A must if you’re staying in the area. It’s free with great facilities.The library is next door with a good cafe.

I suddenly became ill. Our stay was to be over the next morning. I wasn't able to travel. We worked it out with the management to stay another day. Stayed in the apartment the whole day sleeping and watching great movies. I would definitely love to stay the next time I'm in Australia

Jacinta We have just conducted a very thorough inspection of your apartment and there is no evidence of any bed bugs Bed bugs are easily identified as they leave a very clear trail of blood in the folds of the Mattress There is no evidence of any such blood excretions located anywhere on our mattressesWe take reports like this very seriously, however we struggle to understand why this wasn’t reported to Reception who could have addressed your concerns immediately

Spartan but well located
Good location at Riverway, very near to my family in Condon. Although the apartment had all of the basics needed for a week's stay (e.g. kitchen and laundry items) it was nonetheless quite Spartan relative to the apartment in Brisbane CBD where I stayed in the previous week. No TV in the bedroom, sofa was not very user friendly, one small tube of body wash and one tube of shampoo for the week. Not serviced daily, no replenishments of bathroom items nor any condiments, coffee, tea etc. It was 15% more expensive than my Brisbane suite rate, and only half as comfortable.

This was a great place to stay with our family. The two bedroom, two bathroom, full kitchen unit was very quiet and comfortable. The beds were not very comfortable - I believe there were broken springs in the mattress, however this is my only complaint. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a work trip, very convenient facilities and close to a large shopping centre for supplies. My room had a great view of the Ross river. Definitely would stay again if on an extended work trip.

Loved the scenery, from the balcony looking out onto the Ross river, grounds were well maintained. Room was nice, attention to detail, a lot of dust in around hidden spaces for example the top of the fridge had a layer of dust and grime which appeared to be their for sometime. Overall a great stay.

Felt safe within the complex especially at night. Enjoyed the surroundings and walking trail. View from balcony was so restful and spacious. Unit was clean and inviting. Appreciated the fans and airconditioning for a very hot/humid October. Shops and eating places are close by.

Great place at great surroundings
Everything was great except one thing. There was no dish rack. I didn’t want to use a dishwasher for a small amount of plates and cups so I chose to wash up by hand and water was everywhere on the bench because I had to put washed plates straight on the bench. But we all loved the place and we will stay there again.

Our stay had a very mixed review, location, security, staff were all wonderful, property had everything we need and the area was wonderful for the kids with Riverway so close by, everything was key locked so we felt nice n secure with undercover parking as well. Our only complaint was that the beds were really uncomfortable and terribly old, you could feel the springs through the tops and our king bed was 2 singles joined together, as is with many hotels, but you could feel the edges in the centre as they were rock hard and made for a really bad nights sleep.

Lovely river views. Apartment was clean. Didn't like that you had to get a key to access the pool in the other Itara apartment area. There was only 1 TV in unit (we like a bedroom TV). when in bed could hear the scraping of chairs on the balcony above. Other than that our stay was nice.

Comfortable and clean. Kitchen had somethings missing.only problem was the sensor light outside the bedroom window which turned on whenever you moved around the room even with the blind down. Lit the room up enough to wake you up.

Far away from the action!
First of all, we booked this for a two day visit to Townsville, this place is a solid 20-25 minutes away from real Townsville, such as The Strand or the main streets. Secondly, the beautiful header picture of a glamorous looking pool, is actually the public pool in the area, it’s not the hotel facility, which is pretty deceptive for the first photo to be featured. The receptionist was pretty offhand and disinterested in accomodating my request for a quiet location, which she dismissed. In fact the bedrooms back into the busy highway and were very noisy. Other guests slamming the doors was also very loud and woke us up. The wifi was terrible, couldn’t even open a WhatsApp image. The receptionist only gave us one key which I didn’t realise until too late, that we needed a key to work the elevator or even exit the building. This is part of a huge 7 tower residential complex. The key also didn’t provide access to the small pool. This place could’ve been great, but it wasn’t.

All you could need in a great location.
Jacana Apartments was like a little bit of luxury, away from home. Modern apartments with great facilities and friendly staff. Super comfy beds, decent bathrooms (although no bath tub), A great location for relaxing and enjoying local entertainment, shopping, swimming and sport.

Great location if you want to be away from the city but still very close to all your shopping, entertainment & food outlets. Very well set up apartments on the banks of the Ross river with beautiful views & walks, very close to the lagoon & huge open & shaded areas to relax. We would love to return & highly recommend it.

The location is fabulous. You are within walking distance to a lovely big shopping centre, lots of different eating places and best of all you are right on the river. Fantastic view from your own private balcony. A very tranquil setting.

The apartment was a great size, with everything needed for a short stay. There was a fair bit of wear and tear on the walls and doors in the apartment we stayed in, and the beds weren't comfortable, but the rest of the apartment made up for it. Wonderful view and a great location for swimming pool, walks around the river, and Cannon Park for eating.
