모든게 좋았습니다
직원들도 모두 친절 하였고 객실도 깔끔하고 편안했습니다 다만 에어컨이 잘 작동하지 않는게 흠 이였지만 덥지 않았기때문에 괜찮았습니다

Our room was large and clean, but a little worn. The position was very good to explore The Strand. Check in was very easy and the staff helpful.

Nice spacious and clean room in a great location. Seaview hotel just a block down the road serves up quality food thats very well priced.

Excellent outlook along The Strand with the beach across the road and Magnetic Island in the background. Plenty of nearby restaurant's although The Strand can get a bit noisy. Room was in good condition as well.

Bathroom in poor state with grimy edging at base of shower, scungy brown water that emerged around base of hot tap when turned on and hammer lock when opening basin hot tap. No door mat for patio door. No microwave bowls for cooking. Bed comfort was average to poor. Lift has no cool ventilation - extremely hot and stuffy.

Usually love staying at Waters Edge Townsville. Just a little disappointed this time as the room was on the opposite side to the pool and the deck overlooking the Strand. We usually have a studio room that side and love the convenience of being able to sit out and look over the street. Our room was at the back on the third floor and overlooked buildings to the back and the rear of a motel to the side. As stated we usually stay here due to the deck and pool access from our studio unit. The room was clean and the position on the Strand is great.

There was black mould on the ceiling in the shower, wires exposed in bathroom (light). Not what you exoect when you pay $177 night. Lift could do with a service

This place is great. Perfect location for the best of Townsville. It’s clean, pleasant and functional. The rooms are a good size and the pool area is a real delight. Can highly recommend.

great location
This property would be in the best location in townsville. Halfway along The Strand, amongst restaurants, and food shops, not far to walk to Coles. The rooms are as described on website, not new, but very clean and adequate. Staff super friendly.

Staying here next visit.
Amazingly placed accomodation. Walking distance to everything we needed, when we got lazy we caught a short Uber. Clean. Comfortable. No contact with managers/owners. Very secure, so request a second key/fob on arrival or you will end up locked out. BBQ and outdoor lounge area awesome and used regularly.We will be staying here next time.

I regularly stay here and the property is in a great location- central to dining and the Strand. The bed on this occassion was so soft it was uncomfortable.

This was my first time staying at Waters Edge and I will definitely be back! The facility was immaculate, the cleanest accommodation I’ve stayed in, maybe ever! Staff were great, check-in was nice and easy. Close to a variety of restaurants. Spacious rooms. Really enjoyed my stay.

Great location and easy walking distance to all the facilities. The room was nicely presented but shows wear and tear, some lights not working. Good bed. WIFI was hopeless, very little signal.
