Schönes, kleines Hotel mit Terrasse direkt am Wasser und mit tollem Ausblick auf den Hafen. Ein einzigartiges Frühstück mit kleinen sizilianischen Leckereien mit viel Liebe vom sehr netten und kompetenten Küchenpersonal zubereitet.

Hotel Cala Marina seemed practically new when we visited in November 2023. The staff were the most fluent in English of the six Boutique hotels we stayed in throughout Sicily. The food service staff was outstanding. Parking was the easiest of our six hotels as well.

Kan helt sikkert anbefales
Super skønt hotel, med pragtfuld beliggenhed. Meget hjælpsomt og imødekommende personale der gjorde man følte sig velkommen. Personalet hjalp gerne med at arrangere transport til og fra lufthavn, samt en dag til Palermo. Lækker og spændende morgenbuffet, med en blanding af lokale og internationale retter. Vi kommer helt sikkert gerne tilbage.

Lovely small hotel right on the port
Hotel is a lovely small establishment on the port. It has recently been renovated in typical Sicilian style. The staff are friendly, informative and efficient. Lovely breakfast which the lady cook prepared with pride every morning. This is just a bed and breakfast hotel where you can also get a drink. It does not do lunches and dinner. However you are right on the port with plenty of options for eating, pleas do note that Hotels.com’s description of this hotel is completely incorrect- they say there bars, a swim up bar, restaurants etc. this is not the case if that is what you are looking for. The photos on the site are however correct! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

Estancia muy agradable.
El hotel está situado en muy buena zona al final de lo que sería el paseo marítimo, zona con muchos restaurantes y mucha vida nocturna. Al estar al final de esa zona, nuestro descanso y tranquilidad, no se vieron afectados. Habitación familiar situada en planta baja con terraza amplia privada con sofás y que fue un plus en nuestra estancia. El colchón de la cama principal era muy blando. Durante nuestra estancia incorporaron voluntariamente toppers (no porque nosotros lo solicitáramos) lo cual mejoró el confort aunque creo que en nuestro caso, el colchón necesita ser sustituido. El aparcamiento es al descubierto, en una zona acotada con barreras de seguridad cuya apertura se controla desde recepción. Está a 20 metros de la entrada del hotel. Personal muy amable (Nicolo, Sara...). Desayuno muy completo tipo buffet que puedes tomar en el salón del hotel o en la terracita que el hotel tiene frente a la entrada del establecimiento, con vistas al puerto y bahía de Castellamare.

Feels like home
Fantastic location right on the waterfront. The hotel team were super friendly and helpful during our stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Castellamare.

A charming hotel in a beautiful fishing village. A delicious breakfast is served on a deck right on the marina. Many restaurants with many choices to experience the Sicilian cuisine. Pistachio pasta is a must! Thank you Gabriella for suggesting a drive to San Vito lo Capo. One of the most beautiful beaches in Sicily. Endless white sandy beach with crystal clear water. Don’t miss this !!

Excellent séjour
Un petit hôtel très agréable situé au port de plaisance de Castellamare, avec une belle terrasse au bord de l'eau pour le petit-déjeuner ou tout simplement s'assoir et se reposer en profitant de la vue. Nous avions une chambre en façade et avec balcon au premier étage et donc vue sur le port. La chambre est grande, bien équipée et très propre, seul tout petit bémol: l'insonorisation qui n'est pas optimale. Le personnel est très aimable et nous a donné de bons conseils aussi bien pour les restaurants (on vous recommande vivement le Cumpa, juste à côté de l'hôtel: delicious ...) que pour les visites dans les environs. Bref, en ce qui nous concerne, un excellent petit séjour de 3 nuits et un hôtel à recommander sans restriction
la vue de notre chambre avec la terrasse de l'hôtel et le port de plaisance

Consiglio questo hotel per la posizione molto suggestiva in quanto si affaccia sull’incantevole porto di Castellammare. Il personale è davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Buona la pulizia e ottimo il ristorante adiacente consigliato. Il prezzo forse è un po’ alto per un tre stelle, ma siamo in alta stagione. Unica nota negativa riguarda la nostra stanza ubicata al piano terra vicino alla reception per cui un po’ rumorosa e soprattutto con uno scomodissimo bagno disabili non segnalato al momento della prenotazione.

Grazie per il suo commento, Ci preme sottolineare che la camera che lei ha prenotato è una camea doppia acquistata da un sito a provvigioni, pertanto pià cara del nostro prezzo diretto ovviamente più basso, direttamente avrebbe risparmiato più del 10%. cordiali saluti, la reception

Erinomainen hinta/laatusuhde
Valintakriteereinä hotellille olivat aiemmat asiakasarvioit, sijainti ja helppous vuokra-autolla. Hotelli jopa ylitti odotukset. Kyseessä on pieni, hyvin siisti15 huoneen hotelli erinomaisella paikalla. Palvelu on kaikin puolin erinomaista ja aamiainen on runsas. Henkilökunta tekee kaikkensa sen eteen, että asiakkaat viihtyisivät. Marraskuussa pysäköinti oli helppoa ja ilmaista aivan hotellin edessä. Hinta/laatu -suhde erinomainen. Hotellilta on noin 40 minuutin ajomatka Palermon kentälle moottoritietä pitkin, tämäkin on plussaa. Hotellille on helppo ajaa autolla vaikkakin sijaitsee keskustan kupeessa huvivene sataman vieressä. Lähellä hyviä ravintoiloita. Voin suositella etenkin vuokra-autolla matkaaville yhtenä majoituspaikkana idyllisessä, pienessä kaupungissa.

Smukt, serviceminded og sikker på gentagelse!
Super hyggeligt sted med flotte værelser. I nærheden findes mange forskellige restauranter med menuer for enhver smag og pengepung. Morgenmaden på Cala Marina var fremragende, og personalet, der var vartede op, var meget søde og professionelle.

We love this village! We were sorry that they did not have more days for us to stay in the hotel.We wouldhave rearranged our trip is they had more days..We loved walking back and forth in the village, all of the restaurants that we tried. in the morning, the arranged for a car to take us to a nearby beach. Again, it was so delightful that we would have rearranged our trip if they had more days for us to enjoy the beach. Thinking of rearranging our trip is very unusual for us.We plan our trips carefully before we leave, but we fell in love with this village and area. Granted, it was after ten days of active touring.We did love Sicily. If we ever go back to Sicily, we would book several days At teh Hotel Cala Marina before we book anything else.

Great position
Great friendly hotel overlooking the harbour. The staff are really helpful and helped us arrange boat hire etc but it was equally possible to do it yourself. If you want to go to the beach they will arrange transport and sun bed hire for 10 Euros but may be more in season Breakfast can be taken over the road on the terrace which was lovely. The rooms are typical of a three star hotel the bathrooms a bit dated but perfectly adequate. Nice variety at breakfast. Ideally situated at the end of the Marina away from noised but still very central for the restaurants and little shops.

Fantastic location and view
The staff was very helpful warm and friendly. Location was perfect....beautiful and scenic. Room was small but cozy with a balcony with a partial view of the harbor.

Sweet hotel on the harbour with amazing staff
We received the loveliest welcome upon our arrival after a long travel day. Claudia was so helpful and informative. She speaks at least 4 or 5 languages and is totally charming. She helped guide us through parking the car and info on local restaurants etc. She helped carry our (many) bags to the room and left us with a welcome drink. The breakfast was perfect. Again - the service was outstanding. Our room was spacious and very clean. We had a sweet little balcony with a view of the harbour. The air conditioning worked well and the room was quiet. The bed was slightly firm for our preferences, but we still had an excellent sleep.
