여러 차례에 걸쳐 즐겨찾는 곳 입니다. 바다를 보며 여유롭게 휴식을 취하기 딱 좋은 곳입니다. 번화가와는 거리가 머니, 유흥을 원하는 사람에겐 별로일 것 같지만 같이 온 일행과 오붓하게 지내려는 사람에게 알맞을 것 같습니다.

시간이 가는게 아쉬운곳
그가격에 그런 호사를 누릴수있었다는게 놀랍습니다. 1층에 있는 디럭스룸에 머물렀는데 수영장으로 통하는 테라스도있고 넓고편안한침대에 넓은욕실.. 조식부페도 좋고 풀벤치누워서 칵테일마시며 하늘을보면 세상누구도 부럽지않은 기분을 느끼게 하고, 리조트바로앞에 프라이빗 비치가 있어서 앉아 있으면 불어오는 바람에 절로 스르르 잠이 옵니다. 리조트주변에 다른 상가나 식당은 없지만, 프론트에 택시를 불러달라고해서 어디든 원하는곳에 다녀오는게 어렵지않습니다. 리조트에서 소개하는 액티비티도 비싸지않은가격에 할수있습니다. 신나는 Tree top adventure는 리조트와가까워 걸어갈수있어서 더욱 좋았습니다. 머큐어 하이드어웨이에서 정말 휴가같은 휴가를 보내고왔습니다.

욕조에서 똥냄새나는 물이 나오는 곳! 무책임한 곳!
몸을 깨끗히 씻으러 들어간 욕조에서 똥물이 나왔다! 맨몸으로 스파욕조에 앉아 물을 받으며 버블목욕할 생각에 기분이 좋았던 내 친구에게 갑자기 똥물이 쏟아졌다! 갑자기 스파 구멍에서 이상한 건더기와 함께 똥냄새가 진동하기 시작한 것이다! 우리는 직원을 불렀다. 직원은 화장실을 보더니 좀있다가 냄새가 난다는 제스쳐를 취했다. 진짜 얼마나 똥냄새가 심했으면 평정심을 잃지않고 안심시켜야 할 직원도 손을 휘휘 저으며 냄새난다고 얼굴을 찡그리기까지 했을까. 나는 바로 '그 냄새가 바로 저 욕조에서 나온 거예요'라고 말했다. 직원은 본인이 어떻게 할 수 없는 상황임을 알고 다른 직원을 불렀다. 하지만 시간이 자꾸 지체되자 내가 직접 프론트 데스크로 가서 이 상황을 말했다. 직원이 체크해본다고 같이 따라 나섰고 방에 도착하니 이미 직원들이 와서 점검한다고 물을 뺀 뒤였다. 그래서 냄새도 나지 않았고, 욕조에 새로 담는 물에서는 건더기가 3-4개 뿐이 나오지 않았다. 그러자 프론트 직원은 그저 'dust'라는 말만 반복했다. 첫번째 직원과 나와 내 친구가 맡은 그 똥냄새는 뭐란 말인가! 그것이 dust라해도 그건 오랫동안 관리하지 않아서 썩은, 똥냄새나는 dust였다! 일단 방을 바꿔주는 것(룸업그레이드도 아니고 바로 옆방, 그것도 원래 우리방처럼 버블스파가 되는 곳이 아니라 그냥 욕조만 있는 곳)으로 마무리 되는 듯 했다. 하지만 맨몸으로 온몸에 똥물을 뒤집어 쓰고 심지어 갑자기 튀어서 입 속으로 들어가 먹기까지 한 친구는 자꾸 화가 난다했다. 게스트하우스도 아니고 4성급에서 이런 일이 있다니! 비싼 돈주고 여기까지 와서 똥물을 뒤집어 써야하다니! 씻어도 씻어도 냄새가 나는 것 같고, 욕조를 보고 헛구역질까지 하는 것이 자꾸 화가 난다 했다. 결국 참다참다 다시 두번째 항의를 하러갔다. 그들은 무료 음료 서비스밖에 줄 수 없다 했다. 영어도 안되고 이거라도 서비스를 받아야겠단 생각에 친구는 그 쿠폰을 받아왔다. 하지만 괜찮았던 나까지 갑자기 화가 났다. 그들에겐 무료 음료 서비스밖에 주지 못하는 가벼운 일이었던가. 본인들이 비싼 돈 주고간 호텔에서 갑자기 똥물을 뒤집어 썼어도 이렇게 가벼운 일이었을까? 다른 곳도 아니고 깨끗하게 씻으러 들어간 욕조에서 똥물이 나왔는데 어쩜 이리 가볍게 대할까? 본인들 시설관리 책임을 너무 가볍게 생각하는 것같았다. 직접 그 똥냄새나는 물을 온몸에 맞고 먹어봐야 이 심각성을 아려나? 사람이 한번도 아니고 두번이나 찾아가 항의했다는 건 그만큼 화가 났다는 것인데, 그 마음을 헤아려주진 않고 달랑 가벼운 음료 서비스? 나에겐 심각한 일이 그들에겐 가벼운 일이었다는 것에 화가 났다. 그저 'dust'일 뿐이라는 말만 되풀이하는 것도 짜증난다. 첫번째 직원도 나도 내 친구도 다 똥냄새가 진동하는 것을 직접 겪었는데 'just dust'라는 말에 '아 그렇군요. 저희가 냄새를 잘못 맡았나보네요. just dust인 것을' 할 수 있었겠는가. 자기일 아니라는 무심한 태도와 무책임한 태도, 변명뿐인 태도에 더 화가 난다!!

호텔은 좋습니다
론리비치까지 택시를 타야하는 불편함이 있지만 호텔 자체로는 좋습니다 하지만 조식시간이 7시~11시인데 10시부터는 뷔페이용을 제한하고 세트 메뉴를 주더라구요 10시부터누 뷔페음식이 다되면 채우지도 않구요 조식과 위치를 제외한 직원서비스와 호텔시설은 좋습니다

너무나 만족스러웠던 여행
위치가 론니비치 아래쪽이라 정말 가기는 힘들었지만 가보니 너무 좋았음. 깨끗하고 직원들은 친절하고 룸은 청결하였음 수영장도 크고 좋았고 개인월풀도 있었음 강추함!!

It is obvious that the Hotel came into the years. A pitty because it has potential to shine again. Needed restauration or changes are not done in time or at all, staff is enough running arround but a bit headless, training for service needed. Is Not enough to have a Lot of Trainees there If Nobody Show them how to serve and clean correct and keep overview of their Job. I stayed in the Villa with private Pool. Since 10 years, aß i stayed first time, no changes, still the same old death tree in the pot 😂. I didnt had breakfast, Lunch or Dinner booked aß i enjoy more all the good Restaurants arround. Renting of motobike very conveniant at the entry of parking place and Hotel, with reasonable prices. Since i have been over new year, the Dinner Buffet was already included in the price of the stay. The beach was nice but after 25 Meter in the water full of rocks, sunbeds are old and used.

Good location, excellent if wanting to have a quiet break. Villa pool room nice and well maintained, could do with larger TV and better light controls. Clearly this property is still recovering from the COVID shut downs, does need better care of hedges, etc. which make the public areas behind the lobby look unkept. Limited dining choices at resort and outside, this is a property best visited if you have transport or rent a motorcycle.

Luxury Stay on A Beautiful Beach
The Villa came with a private pool and jacuzzi. Big and spacious room, clean and cozy. Staff were very friendly, the cafe by the beach was great and since it was low season, the beach was peaceful, quiet and clean.

Pros- Travelling with young children I loved that I could sit in the shade near the beach cafe whilst they could play in the sand also in the shade. This was my absolute favourite thing. The pool near the beach was decent and a good temperature. The beach was protected and private and was good for digging and paddling. Breakfast buffet was very good and there was a good amount of seating and choices of food. Our room was a good size and light and airy. The hotel were very helpful when I had a problem with my car. Cons- the shower temperature was temperamental and often cold, our water went off once totally and the toilet broke on another occasion. This was sorted quickly by the resort. The pool with pool access rooms was very cloudy and green, it seemed to have improved by the end of the week but we didn’t use this. Overall I would definitely stay again, the staff at the resort were lovely and helpful, the beach and pool and setting were idyllic. My children loved it and didn’t want to leave!

Beds and ac works well, the towels are frayed , the showers need a good cleaning, we had a 4 poster bed but the tv was in middle of a poster , the chairs at the pool and in the room are very uncomfortable, the grounds are not very well maintained, breakfast buffet is good but get there early they don’t replace anything,

Fint hotell! Ligger på en privat strand, så himla mysig solnedgång där. Hoteller är fint men har tappat lite.. behöver rustas upp. Finns många bra restauranger precis utanför hotellet då det var dyrt på hotellet.

Un hôtel bien situé, la plage est belle. Le restaurant n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur. Un peu d’entretien supplémentaire serait bienvenu. Le personnel est agréable, et le bar d d’la plage sympa mais ce n’est pas à la hauteur des autres hôtels dans la même gamme de prix que le lieu peut offrir

Bungalow spacieux et calme, la plage privée est belle,dommage qu'il y a des cailloux. Petit déjeuner excellent, sauf le dernier jour car pas assez de clients donc à la carte mais bien fait quand même. Eau chaude à la douche soit brûlante soit froide, signalé mais non réparé. Reprise après covid prometteuse je pense.

Worth a visit
I was upgraded to a lovely pool villa. a great option for a family with one or two little ones. they can splash away in the small pool plus there's a jacuzzi to chill out in. The buffet breakfast had options for every palette. The property is definitely feeling the effects of a heavy rainy season, but that will not detract from your stay.

Vi hadde rom uten balkong og med et lite vindu du ikke kunne se igjennom. Rommet var derfor ikke så bra. Stille og rolig plass, for stille etter min smak.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen und für Ruhesuchende ideal. Zimmer 1511 hatte tollen Meerblick. Sanitäre Einrichtungen des Zimmers etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Reinigung war nicht immer gut. Ansonsten ist die Anlage gepflegt und der Strand ist sauber.Badeschuhe zu empfehlen, da an manchen Stellen Steine im Wasser sind. 3 Mal in der Woche gibt es Themenbuffet mit Musik, sonst ist es eher ruhig.Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Haben fast immer ausserhalb vom Hotel gegessen. Kleine Restaurants in der Nähe. Im Ort selbst ist nichts los. Taxi ist jederzeit erreichbar. Geldautomat ist gegenüber vom Hotel. Ebenso besteht die Möglichkeit vor dem Hotel ein Mofa zu mieten, Ausflüge oder Flughafen Transport zu buchen.

Overpriced
The hotel is fine. The food is fine. The services and amenities are fine. However, everything is overpriced. I am not upset with the hotel - it's fine, but it is overpriced. I would not stay here again. You can get more for less at other resorts. This resort is not competitive at all.

Pænt hotel, med gode hygiejneforhold, servicen var god. Dejlig tæt på vandet, så børnene kan gå frit imellem pool området og stranden. Uden for øens større byer, men gode, billige restauranter i nærheden af hotellet

Pidin kun huoneessa oli tallelokero. Muuten hotelli ei vastannut odotuksia kun aamupala maksoi pienen omaisuuden tarjontaan nähden. Suihku oli huono, huoneesta ei nähnyt ulos vaikka on 4 tähden hotelli. Ranta on pieni ja kivinen eikä uimakelpoinen. Siksi vaihdoimme toiseen paikkaan kesken loman.

Не экономьте на стандартных номерах, она оказались без окон, лучше доплатить все таки на отдыхе не жалейте.

Actually, everything was good. Really friendly staff,. Nice room. Well kept and clean. The only problem was that the mattress was extremely hard. Very uncomfortable.

Lever ikke op til forventningerne
For et resort i den dyre ende af skalaen lever dette ikke op til forventningerne. Værelserne var ok, men der blev ikke gjort ordentligt rent og badeværelset virkede nussede. Maden som var DYR var så dårlig.

We was have to pay for water, in the rooms was something broken, we didn't have internet and we was telling about that 10times, also was not nice when we was saying that something was not good, personal people was not happy and was saying that is it ours problem.
