The breakfast was very good. Noisy with 18 wheelers rolling thru the corner all day and night to reach the 295 entrance for a no-toll route. We spent 4 nights there and they missed servicing our room 2 of those days. Not sure it was worth the price.

Their website is deceiving. No heated pool or spa. It is very clean and beds are comfortable. Staff were very accommodating. No restaurant or bar. Which was important because we didn't hVe transportation.

Breakfast better than most Hampton inns. Room sofa very uncomfortable. Sheets for bed need to be upgraded. Water stain in ceiling needs to be addressed. Room was larger than most. Overall not bad for the cost.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating during our stay. The hotel is a little bit dated but still clean and well maintained. Breakfast was on par with hotel breakfasts across the land. Getting in and our of this place we a bit confusing with only one entrance and no left turn to exit. That was my only complaint about the place.

The area around the facility is dark and dirty . It is next to a truckstop with heavy traffic. The truckstop itself was dirty and people of nefarious intent hanging around, but the staff at the facility was good.

Too noisy with the highway being so close. Our room faced the highway, and the hotel was booked. People making noise in the hallway. Musty smell all around and breakfast was so disappointing.

Bad customer service
It was not pleasant because the window blinds could not open and staff claim to be aware of the situation and still check us in. Attempts to change room could not happen as we had to wait for a room to open up. Because we had functions to attend , we ended up with the room. One morning, the hot breakfast fast was served cold and the male cook kept hovering around the small kitchen and serving area blocking ways and space. Requested for extra towel and the receptionist wanted us to bring the old towels for exchange. Bad customer servís.

Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Public facilities were updated but not high end by any means. Breakfast was nothing special the usual fare for many chains. Staff pleasant but not overly committed or friendly. Would stay again if nothing better available.
