With a stretch this might be a 4 star hotel but definitely not 5 start. Interior looks used and is in many places worn / damaged (i.e. broken out piece in the wardrobe door, damaged part of the sliding door cover in the bathroom, outdoor lightning not working, stained upholstery) the „renovation“ has at best been a quick paint over. Services that should be standard in a five star hotel are missing (e.g. turn down service, bar service after 10pm) while others (check in, complaint management are not 5 star). The recommended area in the associated beach club comes with an extra charge but no service at all. The restaurants and shops in the surrounding area have mainly closed down. Overall I wouldn’t go back unless a lot changed. Compliment to the concierge though, he made very good restaurant recommendations and bookings.

It's hard to find this property specially in the evening - GPS will not bring you there - some roads became private and Google.map is not helpful

Wunderschönes Hotel mit tollem Service. Wir hatten ein super Zimmer im 1. Stock mit großem Balkon. Das Zimmer hat eine super Größe, die Einrichtung ist top. Sehr gutes Frühstück, Größe Auswahl - aufgrund der Corona Maßnahmen würde man bedient. Der Beach Club ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt - auch hier war der Service top und die liegen aber bequem. Wir waren einmal im Hotel Abendessen, das essen war sehr gut, der Preis etwas höher. Außerhalb der Anlage gibt es am Hafen tolle Essensstände mit frisch gegrilltem Essen zB Calamari - dort waren wir 2 Mal. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlauber. Was man sich bewusst sein sollte: der Ort ist künstlich angelegt, es ist kein "normales" Dorf.

Thé service was impeccable. Hands down, an exemplary service oriented staff. Without exception, every staff member was warm, genuine, knowledgeable, and efficient. Can not say enough, must experience it yourself. The facility it’s had a few no heated pool, the pictures show several pools but we only had access to one. And the hot water consistently to too long to become hot. Minor problems that didn’t factor into our decision to return with family and friends in May. Gratis !

Schönes Zimmer, kalter und kleiner Pool, sehr langer Weg zum Pool. Kein eigenes Hallenbad, man muss dafür separat zahlen. Beim Hotel und auch bei den Restaurants stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht. Service im dem hoteleigenem Restaurant war gut, aber in dem Restaurant am Meer, war der Service extrem schlecht.

Posizione ottima, la struttura si affaccia direttamente sul mare. Camere molto accoglienti, personale assolutamente professionale, affabile e disponibile. Abituato agli hotel 5 stelle del Medio Oriente e Sud-est asiatico, devo ammettere, con piacevole sorpresa, che questa struttura non ha nulla da invidiare alle sue affini orientali.
