It was good hotel, clean and kind staff, but the location is little far away from downtown, 15 min walking distance from information center.

Hei Erwin,Var det noe billigere hotell i Tromsø denne dagen? Enter St Elisabeth var det billigste tilbudet og da blir det litt feil å gi en dårlig omtale til oss for at hotellprisene er høye i Tromsø i februar.

This hotel is just like a YMCA hostel! We were told there was only packed breakfast! The room they offered us was no bigger than a broom cupboard so we asked to be moved. The room was slightly better but still plain and sparse. In the morning we didn’t get breakfast and there was no reception, just shutters pulled down. So we phoned up Amelia hotel which was in same group so we moved there. Don’t bother booking into the st Elisabeth hotel because it nothing like the description. Probably the worst hotel that I’ve ever been in. Save your money and book into one of the other Enter group hotels. !!!!!

Hello, When you have booked the Hotel, you have seen the pictures and the rooms. On the web-side it does say that we do not offer breakfast and we just have the breakfast packages. We have informed you the opening hours of the reception, as we are not open 24 hours a day. Please read the description of the web-side about the Hotel that you are booking next time, as apparently you have not done that and then add a comment with anonymous name.

Too expensive for an hospital
Hotel was previously an hospital or elderly people residence. That gives you a hint of the ambiance out there. No carpentry on the floor, shower glass was broken (one panel was actually missing), furniture was somewhat, curtains do not really protect from daylight, bed was comfortable. We hardly reach a 3 stars hotel standard from my point of view. Price for this level of service was insane, considering I booked quite late I must admit... I would not recommend to stay here as there is plenty of correct hotels downtown.

Comfortable stay with amazing scenery.
It was a lovely hotel with magical views across Tromsø. The staff were polite and really helpful. It’s just a short walk from the town centre but not an inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again.

En haute saison touristique, entre le 29 dec et le 2 janvier, les horaires de reception sont réduits a leur plus simple expression, m obligeant á faire mon check in dans un autre hotel "frère". 30 mn d attente pour récupérer une clé, et 50 eur de taxi ( qui m´attendait, l aeroport ,n´est qu a 10 mn de l hotel ... ). Horaire minimal de la reception, piscine quasiment pas disponible. lit très petit, litterie bien trop molle.

The overall stay was okey. The common area is fully stocked with coffee and tea. And there is a small kitchen with a small fridge. The room was also clean but is not carpeted. So even if the heater was in maximum level, the room was still a bit cold. It would be nice for the guests to be informed that the hotel was previously a hospital and used as clinic now.

Leggermente fuori dal centro, personale cortese e camere pulite. L’hotel ha le sembianze di una clinica e al piano 0 è presente una piscinna aperta agli esterni. Unica pecca il costo del posteggio che essendo dell’hotel potrebbe essere convenzionato.

I booked a twin room for two colleagues. This specifically mentioned in messaging to the hotel and the twin room specifically booked. The guys get to their room late after a long day of work and travel and there’s one bed in the room. I think telling me so I could have booked somewhere that could accomodate them would have been a reasonable thing to do which would have avoided a hard working tired person having to sleep on a floor.

Hello Ben. We're sorry to hear that you feel that way. You made the booking the day before arrival, and got the last available room in the entire town. All hotels in Tromsø were fully booked, and you got the last available room. Please be aware that when you make a booking for a double room, you are able to come with a bedding request. We do everything we can to fulfill requests that are given, but since this was the last available room, there was nothing we could do with so short notice.

La distanza dal centro, 10-15 min a piedi, non è stata un problema, la piscina compresa un'ottima alternativa in caso di maltempo. Grande cortesia e disponibilità, stanze a misura e pulite.

Grei og trygg overnatting til overkommelig pris.
Ankomst uheldigvis kl 2200 da nøklene til hotellet ikke var ankommet i resepsjonen der de skulle hentes. Måtte vente ca 25 min før nøklene ble utlevert, men blid og hjelpsom betjening ga god info om vei til St Elisabeth hotell og hvordan åpne dørene der. Litt skuffende at der ikke var minibar på rommet, og heller ingen mulighet for å kjøpe utenom at der var tilgjengelig kaffe og te på gangen. TV og wifi tilgjengelig, og meget gode senger å sove i. Meget rolige og trygge omgivelser.

Absolutely horrible.. I have stayed in 400 plus hotels in 30 plus countries n this was disgusting for the value u pay.its a one star property with no basic amenities such as a kettle in the room or clean sheets and a proper blanket.. not to mention no basic toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom..also the hotel has a hospital on one of the floors and it's such a negative feeling..the staff at reception especially Elisabeth is not at all helpful and accommodating n kind..would never stay again and would strongly recommend a no for this place

L’hotel gode di una buona posizione( a 10 minuti circa dal ‘centro’ a piedi). La struttura è buona con personale preparato ed amichevole. La stanze sono confortevoli e la struttura mette a disposizione una piccola cucina che tutti gli ospiti possono sfruttare, insieme alla possibilità di farsi The, caffè e cioccolata calda in autonomia e senza dover sborsare in centesimo ed in qualsiasi momento della giornata. L’unica pecca è data dalla pulizia generale. La nostra stanza non è stata pulita ne rassettata dopo la prima notte e gli altri 3 giorni è stato solo rifatto(male) il letto. Inoltre la cucina la sera si presentava sempre in condizioni pietose( Anche se in questo caso a causa della maleducazione degli altri ospiti più che per una mancanza dell’hotel) Non siamo riusciti a sfruttare sauna, piscina e palestra a causa delle, a parer mio, esagerate limitazioni orarie( sauna ad esempio accessibile per solo 5 ore al giorno) Nel complesso consigliato se avete necessità di risparmiare qualche soldo; in caso contrario rivolgetevi altrove.

good value for money
Good value for money hotel. On each floor there is an electric water kettle, tea bags and instant coffee, free to use. Inside the same building is a professional membership gym (which can also be used by the hotel guests), a pool and a massage therapists. The downtown/harbor area is in walking distance, less than 10 minutes away. The hotel does not offer a breakfast buffet, however, a breakfast bag can be bought at the reception containing a sandwich, an apple, a yogurt and a juice. The staff is VERY friendly and helpful. Parking is approx. 25 Euro for 24 hours, however, to be fair, the parking fee is enforced by the Tromso municipality and not by the hotel itself.

Dette er et bra hotell, med rolig beliggenhet, god service, normalt. P.g.a. lite belegg, var det ikke folk i resepsjonen hele tiden, med kunne nås på telefon. Det ble heller ikke servert frokost på hotellet, vi måtte til et hotell inne i byen for å spise. Parkeringen utafor hotellet var også dyrt, måtte betale hele døgnet.
