Just for clarifications, all our guests pay an additional fee of US$ 30 per person being sanctuary entry fees/or park fees to access Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary for stays at Salt Lick Safari Lodge. This is not a car park fee which was clearly explained to you and the same information is applicable and well-outlined on the extranet booking’s terms. It is also important to note, that your stay was at Taita Hills Safari Resort & Spa where we do not charge for the sanctuary/park entry fees. The resort does not charge car park fees which are offered freely. We are also keen to ensure we improve on guest services and welcome experience. We will be sure to share your very kind remarks with the whole team at the Resort and to close the very important issues you have raised.
