The kids loved the breakfast options that were available. This made life easier for the adults. Great stay overall. Plan on booking next year again for the event we attended.

The desk clerk was quite rude. We had 2 rooms. She said we only had one. I tried to show her the orbitz reservation and she very rudely told me “ we do not contract with Orbitz”. She would not look at the phone reservation at all or help in any way and kept saying “ that is your problem not mine”. I finally figured out that even though i booked the rooms, there was different names per room. One of the rudest people ever at a hotel.

The hotel was good but I had to wait 10 minutes to have someone come to front desk then he keep telling me he did not have my reservation then another 10 minutes he found it. Then tells me I had to pay 5.00 for environmental fee. There was nothing in the charge when I booked it.

Regarding the 5.00 fee it is indeed on the details of our hotel fee and it was on your reservation perhaps you just missed it. Thank You again

Our air did not work very good. When we got to the room, there was no air in and it was warm and stuffy. Elevator was broken and front desk response was “it’s not MY fault” rude front desk.

We asked for extra blanket they said they didn’t have any . Breakfast was ok some of the stuff like the bread was old and potatoes were reheated .

Hotel was quiet & rooms were comfortable. Rest of hotel dirty & run down. . .out basic breakfast staples like juice. Front desk woman when we entered was short staffed & a line was waiting. . .we needed the rest room which was locked & was reluctant to allow us access prior to check in. Unacceptable courtesy level of front desk woman.

A/C wasn’t working properly and the tub wouldn’t drain. Had to switch rooms. Front desk person was nice and accommodating with our challenges.
