I didn't like that the hotel is advertising services that wasn't available due to the construction. You pay for conveniences, and this wasn't the case this time. They should have disclosed this at the time of booking or offered a discount on rate while construction is going on within the hotel that limits some services that customers seek.

Hotel was remodeling-was not told. Staff could have smiled and been more pleasant. Buffet was average but not like stays at other Embassy Suites. Buffet staff needed more help.

Property is being remodeled so it was kind of impractical, but other than that it was a good stay.

I liked the fact that breakfast was provided every morning and my room had a small refrigerator and microwave. I couldn't always get the TV remotes to work. I don't know if they were defective or if it was operator error. The staff were friendly and attentive. I enjoyed the stay!

We stayed for 7 nights. We did not have housekeeping for 4 of those nights. Only after we asked to have our room cleaned and could get fresh towels and TP. We asked every day at the main desk. Breakfast was not cooked to order. Poor food selection everything was cold. Happy Hour food was old celery and carrots. Some chips and salsa. There is a very big construction project going on during the day inside the hotel. Very dusty inside. Lots of sanding tile and cement work. This section of the hotel should be closed off for clients. Its a construction work zone. Over all I dont know if I would stay again.

The hotel was being remodeled starting at the lobby. The area entering the elevator was under construction, the floors were bare concrete. We booked specifically because we enjoyed the dining room and bar, both closed. They served breakfast in a conference type room and the selection was subpar. There's no reason they couldn't offer a tray of decent fruit. We should have been told that they were under construction. We paid more to stay at that location, we should be offered a discount based on the huge lack of amenities, but instead given an insulting token of $20 off a night.

The property is under doing renovations so a lot is missing like the bar area and the fancier breakfasts Embassy is known for but the happy hour was nice. They have brand new TVs but the remotes are horrible. They wouldn't turn on the TVs consistently and we gave up on the bedroom TV. After two calls we finally got maintenance to come and he gave us the LG remote but we still had to unplug and plug in the TV for it to turn on. TVs don't allow you to cast from your iPad or phone so bring a Fire stick and ask for TV remote to change input. Another tip: Hotel only has Tesla chargers. Nearby Level 2 chargers were out of service so highly suggest to fast charge at outlets before arriving in Tucson if you have a non Tesla EV. Overall, rooms are nice, quiet property when we were there. Wish the hot tub was open, too. That was roped off until the morning we left.

Did not know that there was construction going on when we booked. Parking was hard and we had to follow the signs to where registration was. Was not terrible but if i would have know of the construction, we would have booked elsewhere.

I wish prior to booking the property would have disclosed that they were under construction. The check in lobby was located in the back of the hotel by the pool, and there was construction through the property with tools loose everywhere and smells of spray paint. At night there was noise surrounding the property making it difficult to sleep. On a positive note, the room we stayed in was clean, warm and the staff were very nice and they too expressed that the guests were made aware of the current construction prior to booking.

Having a suite with separate bedroom made life easier. Checkin was easy and friendly. Our room clean and comfortable. The hotel has both a restaurant (breakfast and dinner) and a bar and gives you 2 drinks each for each day of your stay. The negative - they were totally unprepared for the amount of guests over the thanksgiving weekend. Breakfast was chaotic, they ran out of forks and coffee. Never mind. Having a made to order egg station is great but not if it takes almost 30 minutes today.

My only gripe, and it's a small one, is that they ran out of potatoes at breakfast. I've stayed dozens, if not hundreds, of nights at Embassy Suites and that was a first. It was especially surprising as the hotel did not seem overly crowded.

unfortunately this was a bad experience for my family from the get go, the front desk was unattended when we arrived waited 10 minutes, we got to our room and it smelled like sewage. called the front desk and notified them immediately. she then told me that they were booked didnt, have rooms and to deal with expedia, poor unprofesional service, with mediocre room conditions, another thing the fire alarm is hanging off the wall. absolutely dissapointed with the way this was handled

I stayed for one night and had a nice and comfortable stay. My room was spacious and clean and there was. CVS in the same shopping center for convenience items. It was an approx 16 drive to UofA and was quiet and safe.

Great location. Property under construction, many services closed. A tad shabby. Even the renovated rooms. A shame, since that location deserves a nicer hotel.

Great for a quick trip

I was disappointed that the hot tub was Out of service 😞 the pool was a little cool but bearable. Also the breakfast wasn’t being replenished in a timely manner. If you weren’t part of the first wave when they open ..you had to wait for things. ie..bacon, fruit..etc

When we stayed at this property, it was undergoing a renovation. We were staying in a room where the carpet looked like it had been updated but everything else looked a bit shabby so we couldn't really tell if the room had already been renovated or whether it was still waiting?? The location of this property was convenient for visiting Catalina State Park and Mount Lemmon which was the reason we chose it and I liked that it included breakfast. However, the breakfast was definitely below average. On the first day we arrived for breakfast at 8:30am - the breakfast window is 6:00am - 9:00am. The scrambled eggs were dry, there was no fruit left, only 1 pastry left, no batter left to make pancakes. The butter tasted terrible as did the yogurts. It was really surprising to have such a terrible breakfast offering at an Embassy Suites. On the 2nd day, we came down for breakfast at 6:10am because we were leaving for an early morning hike. We thought that coming down early would mean more/better breakfast choices. Em, no. The eggs were still dry. The only fruit offered was 1 kind of melon and there was only 1 kind of pastry. The selection and quality of the items offered was very poor. On the 3rd day, we skipped breakfast entirely and paid to eat somewhere else.
