1st room wasn’t cleaned. Still had take-out food and unmade beds from previous guests. They gave us a new room, but took and hour and a half to get towels.

If you have the opportunity to visit during the warmer months, you'll be able to enjoy the pool while the Sweetwater Cabana is open and serving refreshements and snacks as well as other amenities like the Tennis and pickleball courts. Room, premier king, was roomy, clean, and quiet. Bed and pillows comfortable. Views from balcony of the golf course excellent. Several places to eat on location. Thumbs up to Walk/bike path

Room was large and very comfortable. Housekeeping was understaffed and we had to request coffee supplies (sugars, stirrers) since they were not replenished. The room smelled a little stuffy but overall we loved the room and hotel. We would definitely stay again.

The property is very nice. Luckily I didn’t have too much baggage since I was on the 2nd floor and had to take everything up the stairs. I’m sure someone would have helped me but it was late when I arrived. Everyone was super nice and it was very peaceful.

The property itself…it was very nice! The room was nice, but if you really looked at the room wasn’t as clean as I believe it should have been. That was a lot of money for one night to be in a place that wasn’t extremely clean. Other than that staff is great. The location was wonderful but somethings should be done about how clean those rooms are. I hope for what they charge for one night at a hotel. They are paying their employees a decent amount just for the sheer incentive that they will do a good job for the company when they are paid well.

This is a great property to stay in for vacation. The staff was very friendly and even upgraded our room! We had a wonderful time at Tucson due to wonderful suggestions from concierge Johnny. We would definitely go back to this hotel next time we visit Tucson.

The property has undergone a renovation, but unfortunately, it needs a lot more upgrading. We stayed in a casita. It is was very quiet, but not very convenient at all to the rest of the hotel as you had to have a golf cart drive you here and there and there was only one cart available, so long wait times. The room itself was just a room. It did not even have a desk, and the bathroom was completely outdated. The workout facility is nice and the restaurants there are nice, but I was a bit turned off that you couldn’t get free refills for coffee, especially based on the price you paid for just a single cup of coffee. Not sure if I will stay here again or not. I would have expected more from the Omni.

Winter Getaway in Tucson
Awesome place to stay as a couple or family. Close to many attractions. Super friendly staff. Fireplace was excellent and view/privacy was impressive.

Im sorry for this review, but I froze all night, you could not adjust the thermostat in your room. My phine didn't work in the room, and trying to go out on the deck was almist impossible because the door couldn't glide. The stsff was terrific though, and the accommodations ♡
