Property is older but well kept considering the age. Easy access to a gas station... Much needed since we rented a car at the airport.

We were supposed to be in a non smoking room but was put in a smoking room instead. It had an extremely bad smell. On the last night we stayed we noticed very few people were at the hotel and so we asked the clerk if we could change to a non smoking room. She refused to switch our room and told us the only way we could switch rooms would be if we paid for another one, she absolutely could care less about making a customer more comfortable.

This is an older hotel and I would rate it average at best. My complaint is with the staff. I had to listen to the lady behind the counter be rude, obnoxious and condescending with the party checking in front of me. They should have cancelled their reservation but I guess they had paid money in advance. If the clerk worked for me, I would have relieved her of her employment duties on the spot. There's no excuse and those things are just unacceptable when dealing with a customer.

The place was filthy and run down, thought it would be an ok place for the price because it was a best western. Man was I wrong, I will now question all best westerns in the future.

Overall, staff was pleasant and helpful. The court yard was pretty and well kept. Nice hot breakfast was appreciated. Had 2 issues with the room. 1) Found and killed 10 roaches during our stay. 2) There was no cold water. The shower and faucet had warm and hot water, but no cold water to take meds. One of the staff knew exactly what was happening and said this has been going on for some time and the management has nor corrected it. The warm water was indeed appreciated, but was not what we expected. In the end, we appreciated the location and staff efforts. Not sure if we will stay again.

The staff was extremely impressive at check in, but when I got to the room there were roaches on the nightstands and behind the bed so I slightly pulled back the sheets to see was the bed at least clean then immediately went to the front desk to check out. The lady whom I think was a manager looked at her watch and said, “I can switch rooms.” Naturally I said, “no, check me out.” She appeared to be disgruntled and said, “I have to send someone to the room to see if you used it.” I said , “it has only been 10-15 minutes how could I used it. I only pulled the cover back to see if there were more roaches.” She said, “ that is using the room.” Wow, really. It was an extremely great checkin, infested room and unprofessional check out. Ultimately they didn’t charge my card but refused to sign the check out statement. This shouldn’t have taken this.

We arrived to get our keys as we had already checked in. The woman at the desk wanted to charge us an additionl deposit for our service dogs ( which is illegal) she was very belligerent , argumentative, refused to listen, canclled and then cancled our reservationnwithout any notice putting us in dire straights. This hotel is nasty the rooms are outdated.. The hotel front office personnel are completely RUDE !! I was they would not even print two simple documents out for me .. everyone at the hotel has a terrible attitude

VERY POOR SERVICE FROM MANAGER/OWNER
After staying numerous times, the manager/owner of the two properties in Tulsa continues to cancel my reservations due to not being able to charge my cc PRIOR to my arrival, even after I offered to provide information and authorize the charge on a different card. Now, each time a attempt to book a room, he calls me directly to let me know he is not honoring my reservation. No where should anyone be treated so badly, especially over what was obviously a miscommunication. Very disappointing and apparently, he can do so, with no correction from anyone. I hope he never treats anyone else as such!

Mr.Roy has never stayed at my hotel. I don’t even how he got this survey? Due to his extremely rude behavior he was put on DO NOT RENT list by the management. Thank you.
