It’s an older facility and so had some issues such as peeling paint in the bathroom. Also, the Clarion/Econolodge combination was a bit confusing. Still, it was clean, comfortable, reasonably-priced and very convenient with a solid breakfast and I’d stay here again.

Check in process took an hour because their card reader wouldn’t work. The hot water was out. AC didn’t work. And we were given a different room than we paid for- then was told “I don’t know which ones have couches and which ones don’t so I’ll have to go find you one that does”

There was no hot water because the boiler was down, this was not communicated. The sensors on the elevator kept trying to shut on me when I was standing in the doorway. The room was supposed to have a pull out couch and 2 queens and I was told from staff that they didn’t know what much rooms have what… also the key card machine didn’t work for 35 minutes .

Room 419. There was mold in the shower and also along the wall where the A/C was located. I have respiratory issues and it made me feel uneasy.

Dustin,I know how annoying it is when you are tired, or you just want to get to your room.Let me start out by saying that I'm sorry your experience with our front desk wasn't a good one, and I appreciate you letting us know how we could better this in the future. Some steps we are taking to speed up this process is we are getting new credit card equipment this week.This should speed up our check in process quite a bit. I paid online. But when I got to the hotel, they asked me to put in an extra $100 (cash), so that when I checked out, they would return that $100 to me. The next day, when I checked out in the morning, they told me they would call me. Give it to me so I can come back and get the money. But I waited until the evening and still hadn't received a call. When I went there to ask the staff, they seemed very upset and said they didn't have that cash to pay me. They found every reason to refuse to pay me. Again, while I was in the hotel room, I took good care of all hotel items. Towels, shampoo, and conditioner I all brought my own to use, not the hotel's, and before I checked out, I checked everything and it was very good. They made an excuse that they didn't have that cash to pay me. haha. they are so funny

My room had cockroaches, and mice. The parking lot had sooo many obstacles, it was hard to navigate through it. The claim that they had wiifii was a farce. I had to stand at the front desk to access any signal. The washcloths must have been in short supply . The continental breakfast was lacking adequate provisions.

Plaster falling from shower ceiling, shower curtain rod very unstable, light fixture cover fell off and landed on my husband's head. Bed was terribly hard. We were 15 feet from the bar and they wouldn't shut the door. Loud music continued until 2 am. Will never stay at a Clarion again. Also the phone was not connected at all. What if a guest had no cell phone, and had an emergency? How would they call for help. Really disappointed in our choice of hotels. Huge waste of money.

The first room I was assigned to smelled horrible. I went to ask for another room and I was moved to another room. I was issued another room and what I thought was ok it was not. Slept in that room and come to find out the lock on the door did not work. So, I slept in a room where anyone could have walked in at any moment. Went back to the get another room until I was met with someone that kept slamming their door, small bugs in the bathroom, and the tub had grout in it. The staff was very pleasant but the place itself was horrible.

This property looks like it is used for everything but friendly family stops. The pictures do not match what they provide at the Hotel . Room was so dirty seemed like someone smoked whole carton of cigarettes in the room. I did not stay i cancel as soon as they showed me the room. But the staff was nice and apologetic.

I already left the detailed review about the breakfast from the Saturday morning that we stayed. The breakfast host was horrible. There was nothing in there but eggs and sausage. Literally nothing else. Asked her for hot sauce and she lied saying there was none but we had stayed there the prior day and there was and some and lo and behold there was some in there this morning also. She was just too worried about her boyfriend and kids to go get some for us. Very unprofessional. The other staff was decent.

This hotel said that it had good reviews but it’s old and rundown. It smells terrible and there’s wholes in the walls like if someone punched the door etc. I felt unsafe to be honest. Carpet also has holes in it. It was just not what I expected.

Closet door was broken and couldn't be closed. No large towels in room. We request as soon as we discovered there were none. Returned to the desk an hr later to again request them and was told someone would bri g them right up. After another 40 minutes my husband went down yet again and got towels. Pool was not open although the web site said it was. The front desk attendent was rude to us as we were checking in before we discovered all the problems. There was only one coffee cup but 2 coffee makers. Smoke detector was falling off the ceiling . All security doors to the outside were left open all night. One security door couldn't be closed. Cleaning products were left in room. Windows were so dirty you couldnt see out Carpets were filthy. All in all it was an horrible experience.

Hidden fee, unclean, run down room, broken door
Had to pay a 100 deposit for it being booked on Expedia. Room had dirty carpet, wires from phone line chewed up, bath tub was cracking, ceiling was peeling, cigarette burn on toilet seat and balcony curtain from someone prior to stay. Bed had a metal piece sticking out that was unsafe. Door to balcony didn’t lock.

Two of the three nights I stayed here police were called to the property. At one point it sounded like a dog was being beaten in the parking lot - heartbreaking. The smell in the elevator was a cross between cigarette smoke and mold. Hallways reeked as well. I felt unsafe. Their dirty little secret? The hotel is actually an Econo Lodge hiding behind a Clarion sign. No joke.
