Dustin,I know how annoying it is when you are tired, or you just want to get to your room.Let me start out by saying that I'm sorry your experience with our front desk wasn't a good one, and I appreciate you letting us know how we could better this in the future. Some steps we are taking to speed up this process is we are getting new credit card equipment this week.This should speed up our check in process quite a bit.
