This Days Inn was mostly okay at first, though one of the pillows was gross and we had to take it downstairs and trade it out. And ask for extra towels and soap because there wasn't enough in the room. The complementary breakfast was basically all gone by 9am. And when we were checking out this morning the first floor smelled like natural gas. So glad to be leaving. I'll be avoiding Wyndham properties in future.

Hotel was not as clean and up kept as the photos showed in the app. Hotel turned off the water to the room without announcing they were about to do so. I was in the shower when this happened. Marinade man sleeping in his truck in the parking lot

Staff was very friendly, Room was spotless, Bed was comfortable. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Very friendly staff, clean & breakfast excellent! Not enough outlets in room for charging cell phone and no phone in room. It would’ve been nice to have extra towels, washcloths for two people during stay. Next time we’ll make sure to get a room on 3rd floor due to much noise! Doors slamming, loud voices and floor noise above.

We are sorry for the inconvenience you had with the towels, next time just come down and ask for an extra set. We had a group of wrestling team here and there was a lot of kids please next time called down and let someone know so we could get that taking care of. I was on the 1st floor & the curtains didn't close all the way. Traveling alone, I felt that the motel should be more consistent with it. Also, room was refurbished nicely but, there wasn't any toilet paper! Not even a holder for it. Thankfully, there was tissues. Breakfast was advertised as hot. It was hot if you warm up pancakes & slices of french toast that were wrapped. Eggs & sausage were gone ( it was only 7:30 & breakfast is till 9). Biscuits and gravy were left.

We are sorry about the issues you had with your stay, when you brought the toilet paper holder was even in room i went in there and it wasn't i was shocked myself since it was remodeled the workers didn't put one up! I made sure to get on it their asap. The breakfast someone was making more. Angin we are very sorry!

It seems hotel just been refurbished , but contractors did a lousy painting job on bathroom and other areas. Housekeeper did forget to leave extra toilet paper. Toilet did not flush properly.

I would stay again
Good place to stay for the price. Only two complaints I have is the ac fan would not stay running unless it was on fan only mode. So no heat or ac. And i like have the fan noise all night. The other is they forgot to replace the in room coffee cups. Staff was friendly and breakfast was hot & decent.

Safe neighborhood. Quick check/in. Comfortable chair and ottoman. Better than average breakfast. Bathtub was stained and grimy looking. Black out curtains did not cover window

We booked a no-smoking room, when we arrived at the hotel they gave us the last room which reeked of smoke and mold. Will not stay here again

Horrible customer service !!
When the first of the three rooms arrived to check in the desk clerk was sitting in front of the hotel with friends and a case of beer. They waited at the desk for over 15 minutes before he came in, hotel phone ringing the entire time with no one to answer. The clerk informed them that he needed a credit card for incidentals they told him they had never been asked that before. The clerk became upset and told the guests “you need to get out of my hotel, your reservation is cancelled. This was a prepaid reservation. When he cancelled the reservation he cancelled the wrong one, canceling a guest who had yet to check in. We contacted the Wyndham reservation desk and their repeated phone calls went unanswered. Not a vey good way to run a hospitality business.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience; my front desk told me what had happen and first of all he wasn't drinking any beer as a matter of fact he doesn't even drink beer and those was guest that was at the front of hotel. The guest that he cancelled was very rude and wouldn't give a credit card for incidentals and i don't know a hotel that doesn't get a credit card for incidentals! I will talk to my desk clerk about no answering the phone!

When I was checking in, there was a guy checking in in front of me that was asking me very weird questions and gave me a weird feeling in my stomach. I left the man working the desk know and he walked me to my room because I’m a 25 year old female and was alone and he didn’t want to take any risk.

Whereas, the staff was nice and helpful, the facility was somewhat lacking. The excuse that was given was the property was undergoing remodeling. That doesn't excuse beds with no bedspread, an undefrosted freezer (with a broken door) or black mold above the bathroom door frame. The mattress was sub-par. It was a 6 inch piece of foam. At least it was firm.

The only thing I didn’t like is that there isn’t any light over the tub in the rooms with the jacuzzi tubs. They only have laps except the bathroom and the entry way so the room itself is pretty dark but over the jacuzzi tub should definitely have a light
