While I expected the $50 fee that will be refunded when they see nothing is wrong with the room, I did not expect another $4 charge for "the booking"! I paid for the room weeks ago! There should not be an additional fee when i arrive! Though I liked the facility and the room i won't stay here next time. I don't like hidden ridiculous fees!

Older property that is showing age, but is clean and safe. Getting in and out of the property is a little tricky if there is traffic. Walking distance to shops and places to eat if you don't want to drive.

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights for our anniversary. It was very low cost, and for the price, was very nice. We checked the room and mattress for cleanliness when we got there (had a bad experience with bedbugs once, and now have a lifelong fear!) and it was very well kept. It isn’t overly ritzy, or fancy, but it is a good, clean, quiet and safe place to stay in Tulsa.

This was a very cute place :) the lady was very sweet and helpful. I loved the plants and ambiance. The room was warm, cozy and homey. Would definitely stay here again.

This was better than expected, the rooms are large and spacious, beds are comfy, and things were clean. Nothing but high praise, near food and the mall as well as entertainment. Definitely recommend it, price was decent if you book through a third party. And yes there is an onsite deposit, which if paid in cash is immediately refunded at checkout.

The property is very old and many things need fixing such as the phone in my room was not hooked up. No guest shampoo, minimal towels. The young man who checked me in did not have any personality but the lady that was there in the evening was very nice and friendly.

Checked out after only one of my two nights, because the room was disgusting: no furniture, & when we asked, we were told they would not bring us any or move us, blood stains on the floor (maybe that's why the couch & chair were missing?), fridge had mold growing in it, shower uad mold growing around shower head, toilet barely worked, everything was rundown, amd it looked like someone came on the window, and no one bothered to clean it up. We checked out after 1 of our two nights & wouldnt have even stayed that one night if not for money invested. Super enjoyed watching the drug deals happening in the lot when we came in.

This lady is always nice and very informative she remembers me and is very friendly plus this hotel is the best one out of the other Oyo in tulsa especially the one on Garnett there’s no bugs here as in bed bugs and all the facilities work and they have them and they have somebody in the office and a phone to reach them if they are away. This lady here tonight was here last time on 10 19 2023 and she needs a big raise!

I paid a property fee on Expedia, they charged me again at the hotel, this is unacceptable. Cockroaches everywhere in the room, filthy everywhere, not safe there. The bed was as hard as a rock, I could not sleep at all in that bed. Out of decades of going to motels this place had the worst bed I have ever experienced. It was extremely dirty and sketchy. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Absolutely ZERO Stars.

I like the fact that dinning was close . The property was horrible the bed sheets looked dirty the ceiling fan made noise the room itself wasn't worth what I paid for it

Happy with my stay
For the price I was very happy. It is a old hotel and there was some wear and tear but it was really clean with NO bed bugs. The room was roomy and the noise level was very low. The front desk staff were really friendly, too! One of the most important things to me was there were no homeless people prowling around in site. If I'm traveling by myself here again this definitely will be the place I will be staying.
