This is just my opinion from my experience: We booked this place last spring and were not of the opinion that it was a safe place to stay. The lock on our window was broken, there was a heavy scent of something pungent being smoked, and the people staying in the hotel were not family-oriented. We wound up leaving due to feeling unsafe and stayed farther north, thus paying for two hotels. The exception to our experience was that the person in the front office was very sweet.

Convenient for us to spend the night when visiting family in nearby Bixby. Older facility updated and kept up. Plenty of lighting and outlets. Parking near room doors that open to outside. Basic but comfortable. Friendly staff. Actually includes breakfast. Nice for the price.

Dingy outside, nice inside, mold in the AC units
Figuratively speaking the carpet doesn’t match the drapes! The outside isn’t very appealing and didn’t feel particularly safe. However the lobby and the rooms were very nice! Nicely renovated and clean. Wasn’t just a paint over and call it clean job. Commode/shower space was tight but the shower was nice especially with the tall shower head and good water pressure. The problem was… idk if it was just the ac/ heat unit or if it was in the walls but the mold and allergens were bad. When I turned on the heat as it got colder throughout the night my sinuses shut down, throat got scratchy and I felt run down the next day. I’m coughing and just feeling like garbage. I can’t blame it on the weather or the season because the onset acutely coincided with the turning on of the window unit. It’s resolving now that I’m home. But even my allergy meds didn’t help.

No frills hotel, but it got the job done.

Roaches everywhere. On dresser, in the beds and bathroom area. Lights didnt even make them scatter like normal. It was the roaches room and not ours.

Room was clean, but outside access only to rooms & no elevator. Even after calling the desk several times we couldn’t get the remote/TV to be pro right. Building was older, staff was nice. Breakfast included.

It was bad~
When I checked in it was 3PM... even though the booking said check in at 2PM I was told your room is the only rom we have left and it will be the last one cleaned. Being a disabled Veteran I needed at least a ground floor room. I was placed on the 2nd floor the furthest away from parking with no elevators. The curtains had worn holes in the fabric. The room smelled of molding materials and the main thing was the window heat and air conditioner. It was 22 degrees. The room was very cold. The wall unit was noisy when I first turned it on. Then when the room temperature was warm enough to turn off the unit (which it took forever to heat up) when it came back on it was metal grinding and groaning. It woke me up a few times until I got up ant completely turned it off. When I got up the next day after freezing throughout the night the room was at the point you could see your breath. When I registered my complaints I was told that there was a gun show in town and I wasn't going to find anything else .....

Smoking room. Strong smell of ash. We asked them to move to other room twice. We booked three nights but after two nights they said we just booked for two nights. Later they found out their system showed wrong. We will not book this hotel again.
