The TV's at our property are all operating, and usually concerns like this are resolved by replacing batteries in a remote control of resetting the signal. We are surprised to hear that you were not impressed by the cleanliness of our facility, and would be grateful for more detail of the areas that you found to be unsatisfactory. We are grateful for the opportunity to accommodate you. We are also sad that we were not notified of the disturbance from the upstairs guests in order to remedy the situation sooner. When you reported the complaint that the dog had been barking upstairs, we called the upstairs guest immediately to ask them to return. They had left their dog alone in the room, and they responded to calm down their dog within a half hour of us contacting them. Upon check out, you had mentioned that the problem had been resolved shortly after you reported the disturbance, so we are regretful that you were not pleased with our resolution to the problem. We will be grateful for an opportunity to accommodate you in the future.
