The front desk lady was insanely sweet. We got to our room and instantly noticed a weird smell. The bathtub had left over hair. The bedding had stains and while checking for bedbugs noticed the mattress was horribly stained (no bugs). They could do a better job of vacuuming as well but after all, you get what you pay for. It wasn’t TOO bad.

We liked the jet tub/ whirlpool tub. And the bed was pretty decent also the cable as well. But what me and my husband didn’t like was how dirty both tubs were like they didn’t even clean it at all hair was in both of them. The whirlpool tub had a thick dirt rim around it which was gross. Crumbs was on the floor near the bed also the microwave and refrigerator wasn’t that clean either. The air conditioner was great. I feel like housekeeping could’ve done better with paying attention to details and cleaning. Hopefully they will do better in the future but we will not be returning.

There was someone else's dirty sock behind the bathroom door, as well as some French fries. The mirror over the sink was smeared to the point I couldn't see. Check-in was fast and easy. However, when we later went to the desk and asked where the ice machine was the receptionist was on her phone and acted like we were bothering her by asking. The sauna and pool were nice. The whirlpool tub in the room was great- clean and worked well. However, the facility was overall in poor shape- bad paint job, shower curtain had mold on it, dirty corners, sheets of low quality. The breakfast was not substantial- all carbs except for frozen sausage biscuits. Bagels but no cream cheese or peanut butter. It was OK for the price.

Thought I'd try the pool, but chose not to for fear of overuse by people I saw and maybe not cleaned adequately afterward. The overhead bathroom light in my room (125) did not work. The heat lamp on a timer (with a regular bulb) was made to double for the overhead. Strange to figure out.

Not worth the price
My family and I drove 900 miles and stayed 2 nights here. The room was sullosed to be a presidential suite. Hair all over the tub and shower. Bedding was disgusting. Woman upfront was very rude. Smokers all throughout the building smoking. Very loud you cant sleep at night. We definitely wont be staying here again.

The only complaint was breakfast. Cheap and not good. Better to just go out for breakfast. Other than that the place was excellent.

I rented the Thomas Jefferson suite and the curtains was broken there was hair all in the tub and the staff was rude no privacy my brother was dropping by for 10 minutes and as soon as he walks to my room they called saying he couldn’t visit definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL LOUD AND RUDE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

We stayed in the Presidential Suite. One of the tvs did not work at all. The other one worked, but had no sound. When I called the desk, the lady said where our room was located the Wi-Fi didn't pick up good, therefore the sound wouldn't work on our TV. This was a trip for our grandkids to swim in the indoor pool and play on the Jacuzzi in the room. We also got another regular room since there wasn't enough room for my husband. The lady told me she could swap me to a handicap room. I told her that wasn't acceptable because the room we paid for was much more expensive. She was so rude and preceded to tell me that that many people were not even allowed in the suite which we've stayed in several times before. On top of all of that, my grandkids were shivering and lips blue from the ice cold water in the indoor pool that was supposedly heated. We've been here several times for little get aways with the grandkids, but I'm not sure if we will come back.

Lots of notices of fees for various violations. Many of the electrical outlets aren’t working on lamps.

DIRTY!!! i booked two rooms, one was ok, the other had a terrible smell. It smelled like the room had mold. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund for both rooms. The desk clerk was very apologetic and gladly issued a refund.

Guests with pets don't clean up their mess. I stepped in dog poo getting out of my car in the parking lot. I booked our room with my husband's credit card, something I do everytime I travel. I stayed the week before at the same location with no "card" problems. After 8 hours in the car with a five month old, on this visit, the manager told me the name on the card has to match the name on the driver's license. His attitude was appauling and unwarranted. I told him that "policy" needs to be made clear on the booking site. The internet was down, so he gave us our key and said he would call when it was back up so I could complete check in. The phone in the sticky, smelly room had no dial tone. I walked back up to the desk, told him and gave him my cell number. My phone switches to DND at 8:30 pm. I was asleep before that. The next morning, it shows he called twice after 9 pm. The sheet came off the bed during the night. The next morning, I saw a long poop smear on the side of the mattress. DISGUSTING. The "breakfast" was awful. Waffles, stale cereal, yogurt, some dry pastries and miniature hockey puck buns with something that looks like it wants to be tiny sausage patties. I booked both of my stays on Expedia, but did not buy the cancellation protection. I should have. The first stay was bad enough. The second one was horrible. Also, the minifridge wasn't working. We didn't find out until the next morning when two bottles of breast milk went bad.

The staff was extremely friendly and polite and they know their service dog etiquette. The only things i didnt enjoy were the beds it was like sleeping on a slab of concrete and in the morning the halls smwlled odd. But honestly for the price you cant complain too much. For the price you pay its well worth the stay especially if your a service dog handler. Its hard to find places that respect service dog handlers and treat them like normal people
