It gives us the opportunity to point out that during the night - even though our area is really quiet - we prefer to close the entrance to the outdoor parking lot to make our guests feel more comfortable and safe. The reception is available 24-hours a day. During the night the staff may not always be at the front desk because they are busy in other tasks (like preparing breakfast, ...). Probably we didn't make it all clear enough at the moment of check-in and your report will certainly help us to improve ourselves in order to deliver a better service to our guests. Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback about your stay with us. We are surprised to read it because – at the hotel – you told us that everything was good. So we can imagine that your review had been mostly influenced by the airport shuttle service which, although indicated as a service "on charge" in all the websites, you thought was free. In the whole Turin Airport area no free shuttle is available but - thanks to special agreements with taxi companies - our guests can take advantage of a significant discount. Moreover, thanks to our partnerships we can offer special rates also on other service such as SPA, Outlet, restaurants, golf clubs or gyms (as mentioned in all websites). We also would like to stress that the airport is closed at night (there are no flights from 11pm to 6am) and that the hotel is a really quiet place where people come just to relax before taking a flight, or after a day of work or even after a tour in Turin (it is one of the main features that our guests often point out in the majority of reviews). On the other hand, we are glad that you enjoyed the tea kettle and the complimentary tea and coffee bags in your room. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed our hospitality :) Our hotel is 8-10 minutes away from Torino-Caselle Airport, reason why we have many frequent guests returning year after year especially because of our proximity to it. We are planning to improve the directions to our hotel, even if I would like to stress that from the airport to us there are ten road signs with the hotel name on it. In fact we were a little bit surprised when you told us that the taxi driver did not know the way to the hotel. Thank you Mr. Peter for your feedback about your recent stay in our Hotel. As we already did in person – both during your stay and at the moment of check-out – we would like to apology again for the issue with the water heating system, started Tuesday night and fixed Wednesday morning. It was an extraordinary event and it happened totally against our will. Unfortunately we did not get many chances – also because of your really brief daily stay in the hotel – to offer you particular kinds of service or something else to compensate the damaged caused to you. Dear Mr. Bobby, Thank you for the compliments to the staff, but we are surprised and we cannot understand all the reasons behind your review. In your room you were three guys and, probably, your requests have not been properly coordinated. Your room – during your three days stay – was often occupied and this prevented us from cleaning it, changing towels, re-stocking the minibar and checking any issues. Our rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day, when the guests are not inside. Moreover, our housekeeping and reception staff repeatedly asked you if it would have been possible to make up your room, re-stock the minibar and change towels. But you always said that everything was okay and that – if necessary – you would have asked to reception. The air conditioning is always active and it can be turned on/off and regulated personally in each room. In your room it was off and no one but you could change the setting. Our express meals meet the required standards and they are absolutely not of low quality. They are easy meals we serve to guests who prefer to enjoy their lunch or dinner directly in the hotel or in their room. Anyways, there is also a very good restaurant 50 meters away from the hotel where it is possible to eat a variety of food. We are so sorry to hear that your days in our hotel went so bad.
