We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. However, your review is not in any way representative of our property or services. We do not know where you received your information regarding breakfast but we assure you that no where on Expedia bookings do we offer any type of breakfast with the room rate. You may need to take this matter up with your travel agent, as this information did not come from the property. Our staff assisted you with all of your requests either in person or through our convenient in room phone that we provide all of our guests. Our property prides itself as a small intimate boutique hotel. Aside from our fresh water pool and hot tub, our property does have a spa, a restaurant, our own area on Grace Bay Beach where we have beach chairs and umbrellas set up for our guests, complimentary shuttle service to the beach (which I believe you experienced during your stay), as well as a dedicated location where guests can start their morning off with yoga exercises. It appears that you did not take advantage of any of these amenities. Lastly, our housekeepers will not enter any rooms which have Quiet Zone placed outside of their door. However, housekeeping did go into your cottage to clean and change sheets during your 7 day stay. Perhaps on your next visit you may enjoy a bigger property, rather than a small intimate property like ours.

Wow. Juan we are so sorry that you were so unhappy. You should have told us and we would have taken care of each and every legitimate concern. But it’s been a LONG TIME since someone tried to put down such a great property with incredible personal attention to everything by some of the most attentive people in the business. Maybe you confused us with the other areas yo mentioned and got the properties confused. In fact, as we read your review we thought you were talking about a totally different property. As per 99% of our reviews support what you see in our photos is exactly what you get. The freshwater oasis CHLORINE FREE pool has one of the most advanced filtration systems on the market that is attentively cleaned all the time. We have no corridors…We have Cottages surrounded by Botanical gardens. We are not next to a highway. We are just off the grid overlooking the Caicos Bank. Nonetheless Juan we wish you all good things in life as we do not like to project negative energy.
