check in reception area very poor. Room very old, furniture grubby.Electrical wiring of bedside lamps would not pass inspection. Bathroom not bad but shower head went everywhere.

Pleasant stay with clean rooms. The cupboard where the fridge was enclosed could have had a better sliding door to be able acess the cups, toaster, kettle etc

It was close to where I had visit! Conflicting information as to why the online booking said there was only a family room left and the staff said I could park anywhere because many of the rooms where empty! Asked for access to the internet and was given one night when I was booked for 2! Was told I should have informed them when I asked for WiFi access! Not impressed!

A simple old-style motel on a convenient location Our room was clean and spacious. An issue with the shower head was quickly resolved by the manager. Easy checkin and checkout - friendly staff.

Clean, tidy and comfortable. Reception gent was chatty. Room smelled of sweat and lounge needs replacing as your bum almost hits the floor when you sit in it.

Great spot to stay if going to a show at Tweed Sports Club. Rooms large and well equipped with everything. Would recommend and stay there again

Happy with room and location. Close to amenities. Great facilities in Tweed area. Checked in & put belongings away then told we had to relocate due to electrical issue in room. Resolved satisfactorily. Room very comfortable. Service great. Unhappy with number of people smoking openly. Could not leave window open for fresh air. Have stayed at numerous motels over the years and this has to be the worst experience regarding being affected by other people's inconsideration.

Could have not asked for better Staff all were friendly and helpful housekeeping people were excellent the only thing is that the lounges in the rooms need to be updated as they’re hard to get in and out because of them being a little bit worn out

The unit wasn't cleaned properly. Scum around the basin drain. There was a stale cooked chip left on the chair. Pillows were very uncomfortable. But we still enjoyed our stay. Bed was comfortable and the it was cosy.

The road noise is an issue. The outdated furnishings are tired, but we were arriving at 8 pm and leaving by 6 am, so it suited our budget. There were one or two punch holes in the room. We only needed to rest for a few hours and it got the job done for a weary traveller.
