The costumer service was some the worst we have ever experienced. The man that was checking us in was very rude and even at one point, unfounded, offered to refund us all our money and not check in. (Webpage says dogs ok, paper on window says no we just asked to clarify). We had mentioned during our check in process that we would be using the pull out couch. Never once did they mention that there were no extra sheets or blankets in the room, so at 11pm we had to call and go get them ourselves, and we’re told that we could only have the 4 pillows that were in the room. It honestly felt like we were bothering them.
The room was gross. We found stale Cheerios and raisins on the floor, hair in the drain, and numerous stains on the carpet. It’s an old building and it looks that way too. Many of the outlets were not secured to the walls properly and not working.
For the price we paid, it is way over priced and they didn’t make us feel welcomed or care.
