The only change I would make is to offer a free breakfast to your guest. Yes you have a wonderful restaurant but a free breakfast would have been wonderful

The Holiday Inn brand have full service restaurants on site or near their properties that are partners that help us provide a made to order meals daily.

I liked that there was a couch, hanging closet that looked and felt like home. I liked that the sink was outside of the bathroom. I didn't like that the temperature in the room didn't go down to the desired temperature of 67. It felt warm in the room but it was only for 1 night. Maybe check it out with an accurate thermostat.

One of the best experiences I’ve had at a hotel. What a wonderful, competent staff! The rooms were spacious and clean and everything felt so easy and relaxing.

This is a nice hotel. Love the location and easy parking even if you are pulling a trailer or in a full-sized vehicle. The small restaurant and bar by the lobby are very nice. The staff there are very friendly and personable.

Every single staff member here was lovely! From the front desk to the restaurant, they were all very friendly and helpful, and happy to accommodate requests in a professional manner. My only complaint is that the walls are really really thin... Unfortunately, I had people talking next door to me after I went to bed, and I had to wear earplugs (they weren't partying, just talking, so I didn't feel like I could ask them to be quiet). Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay and I would stay here again!

It was very clean and staff friendly but professional. I had a big King room and I loves the fact the heating system was very quiet. Also convenient to shopping and fact ir has a restaurant and bar is a plus.

I really enjoyed the ease of parking, staff was friendly and accommodations were comfortable. My only gripe hence the 4 star rating, was that the toilet never got fixed. I went down to the front desk and asked for the toilet to be fixed and they showed up with a plunger. It was going to take more than a plunger, maybe just a new toilet. Toilet would not flush correctly. Needless to say, after two complaints, toilet was never fixed.

The staff were amazing and so kind. Duke’s grill is on site and they are amazing. Their staff was wonderful. We had a great time staying here and the kids suite was amazing.

It was very nice. You could have more furniture in the room, alo e seat would be nice. Our shower surround had been cracked and wasn't a very good repair. No towel rack by the sink. No guide for the TV channels. It told you what the channels were but not what was playing. But other than those few little picky things it was a very nice day. Everybody was very helpful and friendly.

Nice upgrades give this hotel a modern vibe. However, you can't miss the old signature Holiday Inn bathtub and heavy bathroom door... walls are paper thin and i heard every conversation the kids had next door -- including their game on the TV. Front desk staff were very courteous and kind.
