Old ran down hotel
The room was dirty all around the baseboards, you could see hair on the floor. This hotel is very old, I only booked her because it said it had an excellent rating but it is far from excellent. This is more like a fair rated hotel, similar to a motel 6 quality.

Our stay was great except that we paid for breakfast and was told by the front desk it was served until 10. When we came down at 9 we were very disappointed that we were told wrong. We weren't the only people there was another gentleman that had been told the same thing. And I had to get a new room key a total of 12 times because it wouldn't work. That seems a bit excessive doesn't it?

Nice but dated hotel!
The staff was very nice but I was disappointed that I couldn't have my morning coffee on the balcony. They were bolted locked and not in use. There wasn`t a safe in our room either. Yummy breakfast.

I could not believe there wasn’t a continental breakfast 😔. The windows down the hallway were dirty. There were lots of kids in pool after dark and there were no lights, we could not see if kids were on bottom of pool, I reported it to a man at front desk an he said he would call maintenance but no one came, how sad.
