No ice available..unaccommodating ck in.. Unsavory activity all night.. not a very clean room it was late so I tolerated at least I had my own quilt to sleep on

easy late night check in, I was left alone and didn't need for anything. 1 burn hole in a comforter but for motel 6 that's not to bad. id stay again, id recommend others o to do the same if asked

No remote for tv called @10:17pm right after check n let dem know he said he was tryna find 1 call me back in 10min called back 10:40pm still nuthin so went down to office and said he still tryna find 1. It’s 9:00am almost check out time n still no remote. I wasn’t pleased

They changed more than the reservation was,then put us in the worst room, broken shower curtain rod and they never came back to fix it, so was unable to shower the whole weekend. The owner was very rude, this is my second time staying here, will not stay again, I travel to Tyler Texas at least once a month to see my grandkids, I like having a kitchen to cook in that's about the only good thing there. Very dirty the whole property.

The price was right. The first room I was given, the door would not open. The second had leaky pipes at the sink...I was there 4 days and 3 nights. They never came to look or repair. Towels were used to mop up. I stopped at the office twice asking for towels...the third day an employee FINALLY got me A towel and REAL COFFEE.

Won't stay here again.
Stayed for 2 days and they didn't even clean the room or bring clean towels. When we asked for clean towels they told us we had to bring the dirty towels to them and they would give us clean ones. We have 3 people in the room and they gave us 2 towels and a floor mat. We also asked for extra pillows and the said they didn't have any. The room wasn't very clean at all.

After waiting at the window for fifteen minutes, we called the main number for help. A man walked from the gas station next door and checked us in. Our first room had no tv. Second room had no remote. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel was dirty, hair globs in bathtub, food in kitchen sink. Roaches everywhere, the tables were lopsided, like leaning,round stuff would roll off. There is cracks in the cement everywhere. No one cleaned up after there dogs , so poop everywhere. There is a guy two doors down from us that is selling drugs all night. Very noisy neighbors. I will never stay at this motel 6 again. There was no coffee maker, telephone in the room, manager had me get coffee maker out of another room.

First I’d like to say that the total you are given When booking a room does NOT include the deposit. The young lady at the front desk seemed like she either didn’t like her job or just didn’t like me. First room we got was on the second floor. The stair to get there were scary. The first step was broken off and on the ground. Steps were broken on the ends where they were bolted into the frame. It was scary carrying my daughter up them. Get in the room and first thing I noticed was the side table was torn off the wall and hanging. It was unbearably hot so we went to turn on the AC and the dial completely came off. The unit was broken and the dials didn’t work. My husband went to the front desk to ask for another room and thankfully we got one. The second room was way better but every time we left and came back out keycard didn’t work and we would have to go to the office. I can’t help but think that it was some form of retaliation but I can’t say for certain. Definitely will NOT be returning. Thankfully I told my family who also traveled not to get rooms there before they booked them.

Crappy Service!!!
I was suppose to had stayed at the hotel for 3 days but stayed for only 2 days. After the first night I ask for fresh towels. The hotel was unable to provide saying they did not have any clean towels. I was not a happy camper. Thinking the hotel would provide clean towels the next day. That didn’t happen either. I told the hotel I would not be staying there and would not leave a friendly review. This is the first time I had ever had to deal with a hotel such as this. Please do not stay at this hotel ever.

I felt comfortable coming and going at any time of the day. A few functional issues: only 1 clothes hangar and it was a joke, there was a partially useable ironing board (see pictures). The heater/AC unit looked like it didn't work but it worked fine. The in-room phone did not work to call the front desk, it looked like a prop phone from a comedy show. Calling the motel from my cellphone was a complete waste of time, no one answers during normal business hours

Well… no one was ever at the front desk. Had to either call a number or push a button. They stayed in their rooms 100% of the time. Now. The rooms, I booked 2, one was so badly damaged I had my daughter go around taking video and pictures to show we did not do any of that. (I wanted my deposit back). Lights didn’t work, toilet seats not attached. It was just.. bad. Also, had fleas jumping on me. Idk

Good sleep
Everything was great! Considering I stayed at a hotel across the street. That hotel was the exact opposite. Motel 6 was clean floor boards weren't coming up. Clean stain free bedding, outlets worked. But i will say the hotel like this one were very friendly. They did respond and pleasant. Motel 6 straight rocked it good sleep and everything was well kept up. Little trash in the parking lot but that's most motels. Consider the fact we watched an individual clean her car by throwing all the trash out onto to ground. So sad to watch her treat our country like that. I have never seen so much trash come from one car. WOW!! Disgusting and deplorable. An entire family basically living out of there car. Great stay. Great price. Friendly staff.

Ac didnt half work in either room, shower bar was ripped out wall just hanging there, hair n dust on toilet, coffee pot not clean, had to switch rooms bc tv and air cond wouldnt work..wasnt told about additional cash deposit and then had to wait 30 min to check out and get deposit back bc noone was at office during checkout times...bonus no bedbugs and bed was comfortable and had full kitchen and working ice machine
