Dear Mr. Tony, we apologize for the issues you encountered with your recent stay. We are working daily to upgrade and remodel our hotel. Owners have been diligently hiring crews and contractors each day to make our hotel back to its original looks. We will be adding a lot of new amenities for our guests. Some parts for equipment are hard to get delivered in a timely manner but we do stay on top of our supplier to get them asap they can.
