전반적으로는 괜찮아도 화장실은 불결해요
생활형편이 안좋은 학생들을 가르치는 학교가 같이 있어 일반 리조트에 비해 다른 경험을 주기는 하지만, 호텔 자체를 학생들이 하는지 어른을 볼수가 없었습니다. 프로페셔널 서비스를 기대할 수는 없고, 방상태는 괜찮을 편이였지만 화장실이 불결했고 창이 깨져있어도 고칠 사람도 없어보였습니다. 하지만, 전통가옥에 개별 정원까지 있어 숙소에 대한 평가를 오프셋시켜요.

Didn’t have room ready post check in time. Waited at green water pool while getting bitten by? Pool side toilet so broken a guy couldn’t lift the lid to take a sanitary pee. Got tired waiting for my room. Reception stated my credit card was declined and I’d have to pay cash (pre paid via Orbitz). Stated that they upgraded me from the view room I requested. Showed me a larger room overlooking the service entry. Asked them to cancel my booking. Stated they couldn’t. If a charge appears, someone other than me is paying for this inconvenience. I had to walk a mile to a “real” hotel.

Not a good hotel
Not a great hotel. Was staying on the ground floor, the window didn't close and there was no safe in the room. The swimming pool looked as if it hasn't been used in years. My sheets on the bed felt damp

A stay at Faulty Towers. The place 25 years past its prime. AC didn't work....tattered curtains, musty, the list is endless.

The most calm and peaceful in Ubud
I have stayed at Suly long term and short term since over the past several years and for the most part have been very pleased with the service and the setting. The property is located in a rice field and surrounded by and all natural setting. The two swimming pools make it very easy too relax before and after a long day of seeing all the sites in Ubud. I have traveled to and worked in over 176 countries around the world and I keep coming back to Suly because of the grounds, surroundings and the magic there. I have never found a more peaceful place to stay.

Jeg valgte hotellet via deres super fine billeder, men stedet lignet noget der var løgn. Mit værelse havde ikke noget vand, hvilket jeg bemærket sent aften, da jeg havde barberet hovedet og skulle i bad. Efter i timer men mange snak i receptionen, spurgte jeg om jeg kunne tage et bad i et andet værelse. Morgen efter kunne mit toilet heller ikke skylle. Værelset var slet ikke det samme som på billedet. Billederne på nettet burde opdateres.

Beautiful Hotel and delicious food!
Can‘t complain about anything! All the different buildings of the Hotel look stunning, the location is very praceful and quiet due to the distance to the mainstreet, the staff is highly professional and polite and can help in every situation. Also they all speak english very well so communicating works out perfectly. It really has been a pleasure staying there

Good but for the price we paid. 12$ a night
The hotel is bit old and run down. Rooms are big with balcony. Bathroom could have been More cleaned. 2 pools but not maintained. Staff is good and helpful. 3km away from Ubud center. One local Cafe outside hotel which makes very good food. Just 200 mt outside hotel. Had lunch once in hotel, but was 3 times expensive and not that great taste. We got the room for cheap Price. With same price will come again but otherwise will give a skip.

The pool was nice
The pool was nice but the deck was broken the room stunk like surage all the time it needed updating and needed a good clean the bathroom flooded all the time. The place needs a revamp and some tender love and care. When trying to leave the tried to over charge for things we had already paid for. There was lack of communication everywhere. This hotel could be really good and has the potential but it just needs someone who cares to fix it.

Eine Oase nicht weit weg von UBUD zentrum
Die Anlage ist paradiesisch: Beim Eingang würde man nicht denken, dass es ein Hotel ist. Sobald man im Innenhof reinkommt, kommt man sich vor, dass wir in einem Uraltes Tempel sind...Die Natur in der Umgebung ist un beschreibbar, Reisfelder hin und her. Sehr ruhig. Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet, aber geräumig und hat alles was man braucht. 2 Pools zum entspannen. Leider am Rezeption lässt man sich zum wünschen übrig... Etwas lamm und trocken! Nicht so hilfsbereit. Aber man kann die Rezeption- Fräulein ignorieren...

The room was confortable and the bed ok, but the toilet was really dirty and the room didnt look like the picture so I was a bit disapointed. Far away from the center of the city too. Could have chose a better hotel! The staff was nice and help me to booked my mount batur tour!

ok place but to much for what you get
it was nice once we settled in but the grounds weren't well maintained. pool was great breakfast was good. we had our room upgraded cause we originally didn't have a balcony. the staff were great. other all good place.

Vanlig standard rom var greit, men litt skittent. Oppgraderte til Deluxe rom med utsikt over rismarkene, det var veldig fint. To bra basseng, restauranten var sånn passe.

Perfekt hotell om man ska göra mycket utflykter.
Hotellet i sig är jättemysigt. Personalen i restaurangen är inte så jättebra på engelska men personalen i receptionen kunde bra engelska. Jättebra frukost buffé. Rätt så dyr mat restaurang . Det fattades ingredienser till maträtter när vi kom och dem hade bara tre olika läsk av sju. Området är ganska öde. Finns mest bara konstgallerier. Fanns inga bra restauranger på gatan som man kunde gå till. Sen att det inte fanns wi-fi på rummet var synd.

Excelente calidad- precio
Es un hotel escuela regentado por chavales de aprox 20 años, con una suma amabilidad y servicio. Bien situado en una zona tranquila de Ubud y con servicio de transporte.

Nice but simply
The hotel was ok for the price but not more. It was in need of renovation and the pool was dirty. The breakfast was thin and they bearly had the things they displayed on the meny. The staff on the other hand was lovely and polite! The hotel was of from Ubud and it was mutch further out then we though. But a nice, calm area with nice ricefield view! All over all 3/5.

Great Surroundings but rooms in bad state
Stayed here for two days. The overall hotel atmosphere is great, the rooms however were below par.They smelled damp and the paint peeling from the walls. Hotel restaurant and the Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend this hotel if the state of the rooms change.

Nice hotel just on the outskirts of Ubud
Coming from Hanging Gardens, it was almost too easy to be critical about everything. But this hotel with its awesome staff made our stay very enjoyable. The setting gives off a very Indonesian vibe, which was exactly what my girlfriend and I were looking for. The rooms were clean and quite spacious especially considering the rates. Would recommend anyone.

Humbling experience
Staff were super friendly, helpful and polite. Great for a cultural experience, as long as you go in expecting the conditions. Wifi not available in the rooms therefore you have to go to the wifi zones to get it:( Hotel in the depths of rice fields which means the environment is quite moist and as a result there are mosquitoes as well as lot's of geckos lurking around, so be prepared. Breakfast is essentially vegetarian so meat enthusiasts..be prepared.

Traditional Balinese hotel, fantastic staff.
The hotel is beautiful with stunning gardens and flora. It's surrounded by rice paddies which add to the tranquility of the resort. The facilities are very good with 2 very clean and modern pools. There is also a separate spa and yoga area and the dining area is adjoined to a stage where there are occasional performances. The staff are all friendly and willing to help. Most of them are young students training to enter into the hotel business so they're very keen to learn. The hotel also has a free shuttle bus that drops off and picks up from the centre of Ubud at certain times. Otherwise the walk in would take over 30 mins and the pavement is very dodgy! A couple of negatives would be that the bathroom was a little grubby and it quickly became flooded after a shower and also the restaurant was overpriced. (Also the staff are still learning how to make cocktails so some of their creations are very odd!) Overall the hotel is lovely and a great place to stay for anyone wanting to relax!

Erster Eindruck sehr positiv, mit gepflegter Außenanlage inkl. zwei Pools. Nur der Service war sehr langsam. DOCH DANN sind wir in unser Zimmer gebracht worden. Obwohl die Buchung Blick in den Innenhof versprach hatte unser Zimmer zugeklebte und kaum öffenbare Fenster. Nach langem hin und her haben wir ein neues Zimmer bekommen, in welchem allerdings noch Müll, Duschzeug und Dreck vom Vorgänger, sowohl auf dem Boden als auch in den Schränken war. Außerdem waren die Bettlaken und die Handtücher absolut nicht sauber, das Bad komplett verschimmelt, das Wasser im Waschbecken konnte nicht ablaufen und eine Ameisenstrasse quer durch das Zimmer. Die Ameisen haben sich auch schon im Teekocher, welcher voller Wasser war, gesammelt. Insgesamt waren wir von der Unterkunft sehr enttäuscht.

Great stay, absolutely worth the money
We arrived few minutes after we booked our stay, and welcome drinks was waiting for us in the reception. I felt like being in a Indiana Jones movie, a lot of nice figures and architecture. We would have no problems coming back.

Nice relaxing place to stay.
Great priced place to stay. The have great free yoga classes and afternoon tea with local treats. We can only fault two things... Firstly the bathroom drains in our room smelt terrible, like gag bad and the food at the onsite restaurant was pretty over priced for what you get... Then you have to pay an extra 21% goods and services (most other places are 10-16%). Plus there aren't many other food options within walking distance. But The breakfast included in the room price was fantastic.

A fuir!!!
La "Chambre standard" ne correspond absolument pas aux photos! Les murs sont moisis et la peinture s'en va, l'isolation phonique est inexistante! La fenêtre de la chambre donne sur un mur (et des déchets par terre) alors qu'il était annoncé dans le descriptif "vue sur cours intérieure". La douche est dégoûtante, pas de savon ni de shampoing. L'hôtel mériterait une bonne rénovation! Les chambres "deluxe" ne sont pas bcp mieux. Trèèès vetustes! Il y a des trous dans les menuiseries et dans dans la moustiquaire, ce qui laisse passer les moustiques. Leur salle de conférence est ouverte au-dessus du restaurant et à priori souvent occupée. On entendait tous les discours faits au micro de 9H à 21H! On peut aussi se faire réveiller par le joueur de gamelan qui commence dès 7H du matin. Le wifi ne marche pas bien dans les chambres. Il n'y a pas de carton "Do Not Disturb", du coup les femmes de ménage viennent déranger. Elles transportent les articles de toilettes dans des sacs poubelles neufs et les serviettes sont transportées dans de grandes poubelles neuves! Ce n'est vraiment pas digne d'un hôtel "spa"! D'ailleurs, les serviettes pour la piscine sont de vielles serviettes blanches déchirées! C'est écolo au moins! Pour le même prix et même moins cher, on a vu mieux et mieux placé! Points positifs : le jardin est sympa, à proximité de rizières sympas, un petit déj varié et à volonté, l'eau de la piscine est bonne même le soir.

Very quiet, but not much around to do
Lovely hotel tucked into quiet, relaxing rice fields. Pools are amazing! My only complaints about this hotel are the cleaning supplies used to clean the bathrooms smell strongly of sulfur, and the smell seeps into clothes. Additionally, food at hotel restaurant is not the best, with many of the dishes not being available for some reason. My cousin and I tried to walk to dinner around 8 one night, but nothing around the area was open, and we had to return to the hotel for another mediocre meal. On the bright side, prices are fabulous!
