Front desk was accommodating to early check in and that went well, the fridge inside was leaking and left a puddle of water. The lock on the door was not working and I felt unsafe as no one came to help and service the lock. Place was okay

Nothing works all the hot tubs were broken the swimming pool smelled like sewer the tv was broken there were tweekers and drug addicts everywhere very gross feeling in the room

It was horrible. Everything about it. Basty people everywhere. Yelling all night. And morning. The rooms were run down. Should not even be used ass a motel. I even had to switch room first thing. The first rooms bathroom shower flooded the bathroom. The remote. Did notwork . And there was even missing tile throughout the room. Second room wasnot any better. I even have the pics to prove it.

I reserved this establishment for an overnight stay for my son and 2 teenage grandsons. Worst Motel 6 they've ever stayed in. The wall had blood on it. There was a hole punched in the wall of the bathroom. The deadbolt didn't work. The parking lot had several drug addicts. My son said had I not already paid he would have left. He said he had stayed at the Motel 6 With Ukiah before and it was decent. This was Motel 6 North. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If I could have give no stars I would have.

I walked in the room looked over and there was cockroach crawling on the wall. I didn’t stay I walk right out the room. That’s disgusting.

Not like the pictures -don’t stay here!
Spas were out of use & filled with mattresses. Very sketchy people hanging around, shower head in our room would swing around & spray water on the ceiling. Looked like our door had been kicked in-paint was missing and door didn’t align tightly w frame. Walls had patches -smooshed bug on the ceiling & every day at 11am your room key expires and u have to go to the front desk to get a new one!

Roach In The Bathroom
Roach on the floor in the bathroom. Asked for a quiet room and they put me right next to the ice machine. I got to hear the ice machine dump ice all evening.

homeless kept wondering thru the property, mentally ill yelling. Clerk had problem with my check in & I left & came back and was able to check in to a room that needs a deep cleaning in the shower, sink & mirror s. The room was disgusting. The bed sheets were covered in burn marks, after walking barefoot bottom of my feet were black, shower was not washed, there were some sort of food stains all over the walls and part of the floor. Will not stay here again.

I booked the room for 1 night to get some rest during a 9 Hr road trip, but didn’t end up staying at all! We got checked in and handed keys and the parking lot was full of sketchy looking people including guys drinking alcohol by their cars and 2 young girls who looked like they were on drugs. When we opened the door the bed was completely disheveled with sheets thrown everywhere and new immediately the room had not been cleaned. We requested a refund, but due to asking for a refund after check in were unable to get it back. We felt unsafe and didn’t want to bother getting another room key because the front desk clerk let us know someone had messed up and marked dirty rooms as clean so it wasn’t the only room in the hotel that would be in those conditions.

The room was very dirty, lots of hair on the floor! The shower head is broken so that the water’s leaking’s sound was too noisy that I could not sleep for the whole night! No internet service, I could not attend my meetings on Zoom! It was terrible experience at this hotel!

Top bed sheet had tears in it. There was a small cockroach crawling down the wall in which I disposed of. Luckily it was the only cockroach I saw and despite that the room was very clean. it's obvious that part of the property has been allocated to extended stay low cost housing. A lot of these tenants are hanging outside making the motel property appear sketchy an unsafe. Although the parking lot is well lit and there are security cameras monitoring it. At 5 AM there was a woman pounding on a door of one of these rooms screaming to be let in. There's plenty of places for food and fuel within walking distance.
