There were roaches everywhere in the room, little to no hot water, there was a crack in the sink, I had to pay a $50 deposit but they said I could only pay in cash

A way to go, but not bad.
I thought that it went through some remodeling, but it didn't look much different than in the past. I had to switch rooms because the first one looked like someone was still in it. It could stand a lot of remodeling, to include the furniture and carpeting.

The only thing I didn't like was that the HVAC system in my suite was not working during this cold weather. Also, on my television, the picture was larger than the screen so some things couldn't be viewed such as scores when watching sports.

Our room completely smelled like smoke as soon as I opened the door the comforter had a big black spot on the top and under on the sheets weren’t any better but we were able to get a refund.

The room had roaches. The breakfast was horrible. They only cleaned & gave new towels every 3 days. Didnt vacuum the room or clean anything. Allowed guest to sit in cars blasting music. Sounded like construction was being done @ night. No transportation provided. Pool room was nasty.

NEEDS A DEEP CLEANING
THE FRONT DESK CHECK IN WAS GOOD. THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE. THE AREA OUTSIDE THE HOTEL IS NOT THE BEST. AS A WOMAN I WOULDN'T FEEL SAFE STAYING HERE BY MYSELF. THE POOL WAS NOT CLEAN SO WE WOULDN'T USE IT. THE ROOM HAD A GOOD BED BUT THE FLOORS WERE VERY DIRTY. THE ROOM NEEDS A DEEP CLEANING. I WOULDN'T STAY HERE AGAIN. THE PRICE WAS LOW BUT THE AREA IS JUST NOT GOOD.

The toilet bowl U had to hold it down for a long time in order for it to flush properly. There was a smell like a basement that had water sitting. In the bathroom the toilet paper holder was rusty and the dove bottles were used n almost empty. The tv wasn’t working. Outside by the elevator the trash had been overlooked for the entire time I was there. No one came to change it n it appears that homeless ppl stay there regularly maybe thru a city program or something. I had stayed there a couple of years ago when it was new and it was nice now it’s a ghetto hotel. I will NOT ever stay there again smh.

It's in rough shape with poor housekeeping. Hotel has a pretty solid marijuana smell. For the price it's definitely get what you pay for, maybe a little less. Housekeeping wasnt completed in the room prior to entering (dirty towels in the bath tub, no soap). Beds were comfortable. Price was low.

The staff were extremely nice and went out of their way to accommodate me. The breakfast. housekeepers and staff were great. They had a refrigerator, hairdryer and toiletries were available. Staff went beyond what they needed to do to help me. The only problem was that the elevator was broken and getting luggage to the room was a little bit of a problem cause my luggage was heavy. They did help me carry it to my room on the second floor. All very nice and accommodating.

I just want to start this off by saying I never leave comments and I’m one of those I don’t care where I sleep kind of people… so first issue was I bought some sodas and snacks from the front desk the late night personnel told me cash only and I had to take money out of the atm ok so I did next day I was told that was not accurate so I’m pretty sure he pocketed my money .. that is fine if he’s ok with stealing not my issue. So next problem was unknown spatter on the walls ans stains on the carpet. Smell of weed doesn’t bother me so if that isn’t your thing don’t stay here. Also elevator was not working which would be ok but I had a handicapped person coming to meet us and he wouldn’t be able to get to the room. I did not address this issue since we had checked in late and things were just kind of in shambles at this point. So he went back home. So here is the biggie for me roaches . They were on the dresser and night stands. No phone in the room to call front desk. We all have cell phone so not absolutely necessary but just strange for a hotel. Anyways I just want people to be informed of you are not from the area. Happy and safe travels friends

There were too many “out of order” the guest bathroom, laundry, elevator, fitness center. The staff was wonderful. The pool was grimy, oil and dirt was floating on top of the water. If it wasn’t for the staff I would have checked out.
