The property wasn’t what I expected. The beds were extremely uncomfortable where you could feel the mattress springs with your fingers. My body was extremely sore the next day. My daughter noticed a sock in the light fixture and her body was also very sore the next day as well. There was also blood on the toilet. Even my dog was uncomfortable, she stayed at the door crying all night, I thought she had to use the restroom but after I took her out, she remained at the door crying.

We offer clean rooms at a fair price and by the way your dog was probably crying because we dont allow pets at our property, which means that you didnt declare that you had a dog and that violates the hotels pet policy. As soon as we walked into the building we were hit with the stink of weed which was worse in the jenky elevator. The first room we were given had a man in it working when we unlocked the door. We were given new rooms (we had two reservations). When we got into our dirty, dilapidated rooms neither of the TVs worked. The sheets were stained and the bathrooms were gross. The drawers were broken and hanging. I knew I couldn’t stay here with my children and their two friends. So we went in the rooms and I immediately started looking online for other options. We found something and I tried to let the gal at the front desk know but she was gone. A man in the lobby said she’d probably be back in 5 minutes but we didn’t wait. As we left there was a physical and screaming fight in the parking lot. Best decision ever to leave this place. I wish I hadn’t wasted the money on two rooms but I wouldn’t have been able to sleep in that place. Literally worst hotel I’ve ever been in.

The room was missing a bed. It only had one bed and a pad on the window where my son slept. It didn't even have enough sheets. I ended up sleeping on the plastic covering that they had over the mattress.The TV didn't work, and the floors were filthy. The entire place smelled like weed. Calling this place "flea bag" insults fleas. I imagine crack houses have better facilities. No wonder it was non-refundable. Lesson learned.

The scent of smoke affected choked me upon entry; affected my breathing. The place is roach infested. I killed 3 roaches on my first night. My door had gaps, so heard every sound outside - elevator, washing machine, clothing knocking in the dryer at 3am. Bed was linen was not clean, had previous guests hair; towels, too. Mattress was lumpy, I felt every spring. Shower curtain had mildew at the bottom. Worst place I ever stayed.

The jacuzzi was dirty we had to ask them for cleaning supplies to clean it. The walls was dirty and the size tiles on the wall behind the bed was coming off the wall. The tv remote was missing a battery and the pictures on the website is actually not the color of the room and jacuzzi

This place has a very urban external paint job. The rooms come with so many amenities from the fragrance of an abandoned asylum to all sorts of critters who dance upon you while you try to sleep. I highly recommend the uv light package.

Good afternoon Daniel Hicks, it appears that Nicole didnt enjoy her stay, I take it that she has been to an abandoned asylum because I dont know what an asylum smell like. If she had issues with her room she should have brought it to the attention of the front desk agent and we would have made it right for her. Perhaps the Ritz Carlton would have been a better option. Champagne taste with a malt liquor budget. Have a nice day.

The front doors are supposed to be automatic, but they don't work so you push then open manually. Once inside, I pushed the doorbell but no one showed up. A current guest informed me that the front desk clerk was the only employee on staff, and that they were cleaning up vomit on the second floor. I called the front desk line and the employee answered and came down. She was friendly and reiterated what the guest said. There was no house cleaning staff so she had to do all jobs. The room was in disrepair and the paint was noticeably chipped and cracked over large areas of the room. It was about what I would expect for the price point. I was a little disappointed that the clerk placed me on the second floor so I had to walk by the partially cleaned up vomit, but, other than that, it meet my expectations.

Most hotels do not have housekeeping services around the clock and our front desk staff is trained to clean up any spills or to acommodate the needs and requests of our guest. If you had issues with your room, Im certain that my staff would have accomomodated your request to move to another room. However as you stated " it was what I would expect for the price.point and that we met your expectations". Thats kind of contradictory, wouldnt you say? Champagne taste with a malt liquor wallet. This property is horrible it has roaches and please make sure to check underneath the sheets. It was extremely dirty and look like blood stains. They do not wash the sheets. The door knobs did not work. If I could post pictures I would, but it was disgusting I do not recommend anybody staying in this area, it is not safe. I don’t understand how it’s still open and running.

Our rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily and all blood stained sheets are discarded and not reuesed.If the door locks didnt work, how did you get into your room? Why did you stay in an area thats not safe? We recieved a score of 93 on last health inspection from the tourism board. Have a nice day!

Good morning Mr. Matthew Thacker, Im calling you to the carpet on this one, you are lying. We do not have bed bugs. All of our mattresses are encased in zippered, vinyl mattresses covers. We havent sold out on a Monday since August, so other rooms would have been available for you to switch to, but we both know that none of these isuues transpired. Have a nice day!

I politely asked for a refund cause I felt unsafe the manager and his front desk host was rude to me. I didn’t give him no type of attitude. Don’t waste your time at this dirty dog sound ac hotel. Then the room not how it is on the picture. Waste of money. They got bad customer service!!!
