No complaints. Staff friendly. Only thing was a light In my room flickering but no big deal. I didn’t even say anything.

Dirty towel stuffed in bottom drawer in washroom No coffee filters to make coffee in the morning Dirty kitchen cupboard where garbage container was. There was waste at the bottom and being garbage bin. I understand that it is electronic checkout however there was noone to be found to discuss room conditions. It's was a nice room but house keeping was not good. I was also charged for something that i have no idea what it is for approx $35.00 .. I'm not very happy with the stay and disappointed as the Candlewood in Miami we stayed in a few weeks ago was great

I have spent 5 months at this hotel for work and might be ok for a quick overnight but not long term. The stairwells and halls stay dirty, one of the 3 washing machines was broken for 4 months. I asked them not to clean my room, I would do it myself because they do not do a good job, they threw things out that were not trash, and I had lottery tickets go missing. Unfortunately, it is the only extended stay within a half hour of my job..

I have been staying here for work for the past 5 months and it continues to go downhill. One of the three washers was broken for 4 months before finally getting fixed. Hallways and stairwells are always dirty.. The whole place just lacks the proper attention...

Couldn't stay
The day of our reservation the hotel calls in the afternoon to tell us they've only got 1 queen bed when we had booked 2 queens. How are we supposed to sleep 2 adults and 2 kids on 1 queen? Don't trust them to keep your reservation

Smelled of smoke, handicap room shower was way too short for me, the bathroom floor flooded because the shower floor is hardly sloped toward the drain. Would bot recommend this place.

Nice place to stay if you are visiting California University of Pennsylvania. No free breakfast but there are plenty of options on the main road from the hotel.

We looked at two other motels in the Belle Vernon area and the rooms smelled! Even though we paid more than my husband would have liked I was appreciative of the room…clean, no odor, comfortable mattress! Evening desk clerk was great too!

When I checked in, I was sent to a room that was not cleaned and ready for a new occupant. The beds were not made, there was dishes in the sink, and there was items left from the last occupants. The new room has dirty sheets and baby roaches in the shower. When I asked for the sheets to be changed. I was given new sheets in a white plastic trash bag and was expected to change the sheets myself because there were no housekeeping staff available.

The room was cheap and relatively clean. There was a pair of socks that didn’t belong to me in the middle of the room when I first checked in but other than that the room was very nice.

I did see one cockroach in the hotel and starting almost every morning and throughout the day, the first floor smelled like marijuana very strongly. Nice rooms though and plenty of space.

The overall stay was very pleasing. The location and area around the hotel could be in a more secluded area however it was nice to be in walking distance of restaurants and stores. The suite we stayed in was very nice with many amenities for the price

The stay was fine but I couldn't get a receipt at check out. The desk was unattended and had a note to pick up the phone to notify staff, but the portable phone to notify them was also there. I tried that several times and waited 20 minutes making me late. As I was pulling out I saw someone from the hotel sitting outside. The amenities and cleanliness of the hotel were fine. Bed was comfortable.

Not bad and pretty quiet
Room was clean and kitchenette was well appointed. Towels were ample. The bed was pretty comfortable, but the refrigerator was noisy. Overall solid property, with a convenient location.

I am certain that the room might have been cleaned at some time but that event wasn't recent. I've been living as a bachelor for 20 years and my home would pass as a laboratory "clean room" compared to this place.

I had been here twice. The first stay my room was impeccably clean. My second stay not as clean, decent but I could tell there was a change. The front desk had new people so I am guessing the manager from my last stay is gone since she was the one I spike to and she said she tries to be on top of the cleaning in the rooms. There was a clear plastic on the floor behind the chair. The shower soap dish was not clean, it looked like shaving hair, and the there were visible mold spots on the caulking on the edge between the base and tile wall. The bed was made very neat but the sheets were very wrinkled, I was glad I only stayed overnight and not the full 3 nights I had booked.
