유니언 타운몰과 길 건너에 있어서 식사하기에 좋고 도로와 인접해 있어서 피츠버그로 가기에도 편했던 호텔.

Need to upgrade the chair and the bathroom door knot. It's broken, the bed sheets and pillow cover are old. But overall is ok.

We arrived to a room smelling like food because the fridge was not emptied. The room appeared clean, but the hallways and stairs had food wrappers all over and an actual dog turd on the stairs. We were awoken on Christmas day by a man and woman next door shouting profanities and arguing over $20,000, nearly resulting in physical violence. Service was great when we asked for it. Overall, the worst stay at this chain in all of 5 trips.

Disgusting conditions!!!!
The hotel was filthy in every space including the room. The room was severely damaged, 49 degrees because they turn the heat off. The bed was dirty with hair all over it and the shower was stained black. The bathroom was filthy. I was traveling with my family and could not stand the condition of the room so I asked to move to another room. The new room was just as filthy and damaged and the heat didn’t work. We then were transferred to another room but found ourselves in the same scenario. We slept the night after giving up and woke up to the strongest smell of weed in the hall that entered our room. The smell filled the elevator all the way to the main lobby. This was the final straw and we requested a refund. The employees didn’t understand what the “big deal” was. Unbelievable. Stay away !!

Arrived at check in and booked a two bed with pullout kitchenette with stove top. Checked into the room and there was no stove top. Went downstairs and explained we needed a room with stove top as stated online. She said only king rooms have the stove top. So they moved us to the room. Then before arriving to the hotel I called about the pool and they said that the pool was cold but they would turn the heat up. Well the pool wasn’t just cold it was ice cold. They said that they needed a new heating element but didn’t say if they ordered the part. The pool wasn’t enjoyable but the kids swam for 10 minutes and got out. The internet was in and out but we couldn’t watch the pay preview on sat night and had to watch it in our phone. Then Sunday at around 9am someone tried to come into our room and good thing we had a chair and the top lock on cause they would have just walked in when we asked for a noon check out. The room over all was ok but did not have pots and pans. We had to buy some to cook. It’s a nice hotel if you don’t expect to swim but call before you book to make sure they fixed the pool.

When I arrived, the desk clerk asked me to sign a waiver in case things in the room were damaged. He also asked me how I was paying for the room. When he gave me the paper, I told him that the room was paid for in advance. He told me it was not. I told him to look at the paper he wanted me to sign. My credit card information was on the paper. He saw it, looked on his computer for a few minutes, and said that it was paid. He gave me the passkeys to my room, so I thought. I went to the room and a light was on in between the beds. The beds were not made. There was a towel on the bathroom floor. There was luggage on the beds. The clerk gave me the passkey to a room that was currently in use. I went downstairs and told the clerk about his mistake, and he said he was going to handle it and that it was okay. I told him that it wasn't okay; that Pennsylvania is a gun-carry state for many folks, and that I could have been shot or attacked for going into someone else's room. He said that he would have called upstairs to straighten everything out, but I told him that he didn't move from the front, and that I could have been attacked before he intervened. This could have ended badly for me. The lack of action by the desk clerk made me uncomfortable in staying there. I thought he could give another customer my room passkey. I have no confidence in the hotel or this site in the future, especially since I can't give an honest review.

Hairy bathroom
I hate a dirty bathroom. If the bathroom isnt clean, the room isnt either. The carpet was sticky, which is gross. The "neighbors" were noisy all night, upstairs from us was stomping aroumd until 2am... so if you dont mind hearing everything inside and outside the hotel and taking a shower with someone else's body hair, this is definitely the place for you.

DISSAPOINTING!!
Hotel shows wear. Short staffed, so not responsive to requests. If staying more than 1 night there is no maid service. Waffle batter is watered down making for funny taste. Stayed because of good ratings, but something has happened. Maybe new owners looking for a quick buck. Won't stay here again.

Staff was arguing in the lobby about cleaning rooms. Our room wasn't clean. Hats & socks left in room from previous quest. Found 2 bugs in room. There was food under mattress on the pull out couch.

Nice Place for the Price
This hotel has a lot to offer for the price. Very large comfortable rooms and with a nice size bathroom with a huge shower with strong water pressure. Good location with lots of walkable food options and short drive to shopping. The only minor issue is hot breakfast option were not great.

This is a well-run, clean property. The staff was excellent. The only criticism I have is that the food of the prior occupant of our room was left in the refrigerator. I assume the cleaning staff did not check for that.

Handy to where we go when we visit
Our usual stay when we are in the area. This time, the keys didn’t work quite right. Got locked out of our room once. Front desk made it all good. All in all nice place to stay.

I think the property is nice, safe, and good value for money. One thing I noticed is they are significantly understaffed, and I really feel sorry for them. It will be better if the management gets a few more people in housekeeping, and they will definitely earn a 5-star.

Nice large car park on arrival with a gas station across the way and plenty of eating places within walking distance. Hotel on the outside is nice and clean and well presented. Inside is the same with very nice welcoming staff at the front desk. Everything explained about times for complimentary breakfast and if you need ice or snacks. Room nice and large and clean with a sofa area and sink with coffee facilities. Large bathroom and shower with hairdryer. Bedroom spacious and Large tv with a selection of channels.

Rude and unprofessional front desk staff.
Arrived at 2:30 for a wedding. Asked if we could check in a little early and were told no. Didn’t say why we couldn’t check-in 30 minutes early. I returned at 2:50 and asked to check-in and was again told no, not until 3. Even if I couldn’t get into the room until after 3 I wanted to be checked in so I could go directly to room at 3. The woman walked away from the desk and left myself and other guests standing in line waiting to check in and didn’t return until 3:05. Trying to prove a point? Or just being rude? When she finally checked us in she sent us to a room that was dirty and someone had to bring us up a key to another room. We paid for a king size bed and ended up with what looked to be two full size beds. There were also slot machines in the lobby and the front desk attendant was yelling at a customer trying to use them while she was checking us in. She also wasn’t wearing a uniform or ice clothes so it was hard to tell if she was a staff member.

Great staff, friendly and professional but the whole hotel is dated and everything looks dingy. Musty smell in the lobby because of the cloudy looking swimming pool. The room was really big but not very clean, splatters of coffee ( I hope) all over the lamp shades, a desk chair that looked like it had been through a war, bed sheets with some kind of spots on them. Ugly dingy bathroom. Could hear the upstairs guests walking around the room all night! Definitely overpriced!

A few things need to be fixed-our toilet was very slow to drain and our door didn’t close properly. My only other issue was that no washcloths were provided. The staff were super helpful!

A bad day...
Management was overwhelmed. When checking in, we were given keys to a room that had not been cleaned. We returned to the front desk and were given keys to a different room, that also had not been cleaned. The housekeeper took us to a room that had been cleaned and the desk then gave us keys to that room. The guest chair in the room was so beaten up that charities (such as Goodwill or Salvation Army) would not accept it as a donation--it needs to be sent to the dump. Good news: the room was clean; the breakfast buffet was fine. Staff members were friendly (if not competent).

There was no early check in, not even 30 minutes. There’s typically no one at the front desk. Every time we were by the front desk, there’s a sign stating the staff was away and will be back shortly. The garage cans outside were overflowing the whole time we were there. There’s no signs on the back door that leads out to the picnic tables that you cannot re-enter from the door even with your room key. Therefore you have to walk in the grass all the way around the building to get back into the hotel. The beds were very hard and everyone woke up with sore backs. The room was clean and otherwise comfortable. We frequently come to Uniontown as we have family members living in the area but will likely not stay here again.

I had a reservation for Friday and Saturday for a wedding . Couldn’t get in till Saturday . Called the hotel to let them know and they cancelled entire reservation . Uniontown PA

Got there at 6:15pm.Check in started @3:00pm. Was in town for a funeral.Went to room to change clothes after travel and room had never been cleaned. Trash can full, beds unmade,towels on bathroom floor and trash on counter in kitchenette. Staff on Saturday morning not at front desk 9:15am to check out. Very rude when they finally came to desk after someone went to track them down. I know everyone is short staffed but there should still be good customer service.

When you walk in, you are hit with the smell of mold. This is not a pool smell - it is a water damage smell. Lots of dust, lots of debris in the corners. Plug-in scent devices added an overpowering fake flower smell over the mildew smell. Bugs flying in the room. TVs set to auto dim so you couldn’t see things clearly when watching. Wasn’t sure the bedding had beed cleaned between guests. Sticky carpet. Very unsatisfactory breakfast.
