FOUL ODOR
The hotel itself was FINE. Clean, well lit, convenient location. But our room smelled SO BAD!! Not from cigarette smoke, but a putrid, sour, smell of some kind of incense or perhaps Indian food spice of sorts. Even with the window open for 6 hours the smell did relent. Thr front desk woman was very kind, but said there was not a single room available to move to, despite the parking lot not being full. It was by far the worst odor ive ever smelled. And was only in our room, not the hallway. Will not stay here again next time.

The staff were so friendly upon check in and made the process smooth. The room was updated and really big. The continental breakfast was very basic, but it got the job done.

There were single middle aged men standing around the outside and hanging around the inside of the hotel till all hours of the night. The front desk was not very pleasant. Ask us for a credit card and driver's license and handed us our room key. The room had a chemical smell to it and the bathroom was pretty beat up. The bath towels were like hand towels. They were small and they only gave two towels.

Our sheets were NOT clean. Continental breakfast was provided. However, you had to pay for bottled water. It was not an option in the drink dispenser. Only juice. I found that very weird. The manager was not friendly at all. I had to ring the bell several times for him to come and check me in. I was not the only person waiting for him. Overall, I give this property two enthusiastic thumbs down.

The hotel was to be renovated but our room definitely was not. The electrical outlet looked very unsafe to use, shower head was gross, bathroom mirror discolored, flooring was carpet looking plastic tiles, the air conditioning was minimally cool. The lobby was way too ornate. Felt like I was going into an Asian restaurant and not a hotel. Many choices of hotels jn the area and this one will mot be one of them again.

The room smelt of a mixture of cigarettes and mild, even though it was a smoke free room. The floors in the room were very sticky. There refrigerated had ledtovers from a previous occupant. The breakfast was ALL carbohydrates and the milk was a bit sour!! No protein! Not a good thing for diabetics!

Our room was absolutely grimy. Sticky rubber floor with grey marking to look like carpet- my shoes stuck to the floor. Dark, odd smel throughout room. Torn grimy velvet like upholstery on chair and ottoman. Would definitely not stay at this hotel. And was overcharged for same room and after 3 attempts to get a refund I am left to take other measures to get refund.

Could not get into room they gave me after 3 attempts it was determined the room was not cleaned and was not ready to be occupied. New room assigned. No towels in room had to ask for them. For a recently updated hotel they forgot to update the bathtub. Room felt damp and heat did not work.

very dirty, management claimed renovation . there was none. all bed sheet was old and stinky. literally worst breakfast ever. they put unnecessary notice on every place for fee if you damage towel or sheet or etc. they are already awful. front desk not welcoming as well

Won’t be back
The lobby and entry area was very well done but the rooms themselves were not redone. The bathroom was a mess with mildew on the shower, the sheets were stained, the floor was sticky and the window area was disgusting. I was not comfortable in this room at all.

Staff was very nice and accommadating. We were 2 females traveling along & felt very safe. The motel is very clean. The rooms very clean but they were short on towels. Beds were comfortable. No carpet on the room floors so bring something for your feet. Breakfast was only bagels, toast, fruit and muffins. So dont think you are going to fill up on this breakfast. But the room was only 99.00 a night. Cheapest place but I would definately stay there again. Mexican restuarants on both sides within walking distance.
