HI Sharelle. The real story is that you booked around 10am on Friday morning for a luxury tent that night. My receptionist contacted you within half an hour to let you know we had no availability (an issue we have at the moment with Expedia over booking us). You didn't drive all the way from Sydney to stay here - a half hour delay between booking and cancellation does not suggest that is true. You also didn't pay. You provided credit card details to Expedia. We did not take a payment. I am sorry if you were disappointed however the facts sometimes are very different to the image portrayed in reviews.
