Etwas älter - aber gut!
Ein sauberes Zimmer erwartete mich, auch wenn es optisch an „alte Zeiten“ erinnerte, habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Service war gut und den Kaffee habe ich zum Frühstück sehr gern genossen.

Hôtel au calme / propre. Bon rapport qualité prix.
Le gérant a du mal à nous trouver notre réservation sur son ordinateur. Il ne nous attendait pas. Il apparut que le prix affiché par Hotels.com de 120 € pour 2 nuits était incorrect. Le gérant nous a proposé le prix de 140 € (prix correct de la chambre avec double lit et lit pliable complémentaire), mais en nous proposant pour ce prix l'appartement 2 pcs plus vaste et plus confortable avec trois lits, ce que nous avons accepté. Nous considérons ceci comme une bonne geste commerciale. Vu que le petit déjeuner bien garni et copieux était inclus dans le prix de la chambre, le rapport qualité prix était au rendez-vous. L'environnement est très calme et l'air était saine. Hotel n'est pas loin de Koblenz, seulement 14 km. Nous pouvons recommander cette hôtel.

Von außen macht es schon keinen guten Eindruck, das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer waren sauber aber die Tapete fällt von der Wand, das Bad hätte eine Grund Sanierung nötig! Woher eine Bewertung von 8,0 kommt, keine Ahnung Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich

Der Besitzer war sehr nett und freundlich, aber beim eintreten empfing uns ein übler Geruch der sich durch das ganze Hotel zog. Es roch nach altem Keller. Die Möbel sind zusammen gewürfelt und sehr alt und teilweise kaput. Unsere Schranktüre wurde durch ein Stück Papier zu gehalten. Das Frühstück war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig , nur der kaffee war sehr gut

Friendly reception, correct breakfast are the only things can remark this budget small hotel with positive side. Out of hot water is something we never meet, it takes us nearly one hour to waiting for shower. Get sleep in midi night, and wake up in the early morning because the sunlight spread over all.

A surprise
Very nice stay. Unusual quaint room hidden away up 4 steps but with kitchen and comfortable. Everything you need! Wonderful restaurant within walking distance and a cute town.

Budget Accommodation, but no complaints.
This is a low-price hotel and the apartments/rooms reflect that. The equipment and standards of furnishings in the room are best described as 'basic', but it was clean and comfortable enough. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was good. The location is great - the Lahn valley is beautiful and this is a good base to explore from. If you need budget accommodation in this area then this hotel is fine - just don't expect anything very luxurious.

I booked a basic room as it was the only available on Hotels.Com. and I needed to be in the area. As always you get what you pay for. The room was in the middle of two others on a shared balcony. Two men either side were talking, drinking and smoking until late and I needed to leave the window open for air on a very hot night. The smell of smoke was unpleasant and i eventually closed the window in order to sleep. As I just got to sleep I was disturbed by water dripping through the ceiling onto the floor and eventually onto my bed. I contacted reception and learnt that it was the upstairs shower. Although the lady was apologetic she did not want to change my room as she said the hotel was full. I actually doubted that in in view of the amount of cars in the parking area. However, I was not in the mood to argue at this point so we turned the wet mattress over and I slept on top of a duvet. I listened to the water dripping into a bucket for the next half hour. Bad experience overall.

Dear Mister, we appologise for this inconvinience. But I would like to make some remarks, firs off all , when you made your reservation, many days before arrival, we had many rooms for sale left. You decided to have the cheapest room. This is good room for travelers, who needs only the bed and shower and dont't expect for hight comfort. Secondly on your arrival date we have solld all rooms. Unfortunatelly it has happened at 11:30pm, when all near Hotels was closed and we had not any rooms left. But we did all, what we could. We will be glad to welcome you again.

Excellent value for money
We stayed at this hotel for four nights. It was our base as we made roadtrips around the areas closeby. We enjoyed this hotel very much! The staff was really friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. Rooms offered basic needs and was cleaned daily but there was no air conditioning and soundbroofing wasn't that good. Location was great. It took about 20 minutes to drive to Koblenz but one could also go there by train, as the train station was in 15 minutes of walk. Trains left the station in every one hour. The nearest place to get dinner was in couple of minutes of walk away. I warmly recommend this hotel for those who seek this kind of easy going and cute bed and breakfast style hotel.

Fun Hotel Surrounded by Mountains
Very helpful friendly staff, big size rooms, good value, good nights sleep. Felt like I was staying in a classic old mansion, my kids loved it.

Nice little hotel in quiet town of Fachbach. Hotel manager was very nice, explained everything in detail. Offered a recommendation for a restaurant nearby. Overall a nice stay.

Friendly good value accommodation
Friendly welcome on arrival and the single room was perfectly OK, the bed was a four poster! With breakfast included the total price of 38 Euros was excellent value for money.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Leider etwas hellhörige Wände. Ruhige Wohngegend. Zimmer mit Balkon und Sitzgelegenheit mit Nachmittagssonne. Sauberer hygienische Kunststofffußboden ohne Teppich. Etwas altbacken aber Preis/Leistung stimmt entsprechend. Abendessen im nahegelegenem Dorfgasthof Engel sehr gut und preisgünstig.

Schönes Hotel und netter Service
Wir sind erst nach Mitternacht am Hotel angekommen, aber nach vorheriger Asprache war es möglich, auch dann noch einzuchecken. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht von der Größe des Apartments: es gab 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, eine Toilette und eine Dusche, sogar mit Wasserfallbrause. Es war alles sauber und frisch bezogen, wir haben absolut nichts auszusetzen und würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen, vor allem für einen längeren Aufenthalt als Gruppe oder Familie :)

Günstiges Hotel perfekt zur Durchreise
Netter Empfang, Zimmer war für den Preis absolut ausreichend. Schlafkomfort gut, leider sind die Wände sehr dünn und man hört jeden Schritt der anderen Gäste. War bei meinem Aufenthalt aber kein Problem. Frühstück für den Preis super. Würde auf der Durchreise jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Preis/Leistung top.

Das Appartement im EG für 4 Personen geht gar nicht. Kalt, feucht, eine Schnecke hing am Vorhang. Im Wohnbereich Fliesen mit Metallkanten an den Wänden. Alle Leitungen auf Putz. Beim WC kein Waschbecken.

Worth the time to get there.
The hotel was a little dated but well maintained. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. It is about a 30min train trip from Koblenz in a cute little town. From the hotel it is a few minutes and 6€ cab ride to Bad Ems which is also worth a look and the Emser Therme is amazing.

Completely Unique
This is a fantastic hotel. It is completely unique and not like the boring, standard chain hotels. Staff are so, so helpful. The apartment we stayed in ( family of 5 ) was excellent with a nice lounge, kitchen, comfy beds and a great shower in the bathroom. Buffet breakfast in the morning was 10/10. Typical German with salami selection + hot food and cereals. Highly recommend.

Albergo non nuovo ma accogliente. Personale molto gentile. Zona interessante per escursioni in bicicleta e lunghi soggiorni (offerte speciali per lunghi periodi) Ottimo il letto :)

Klein, aber fein!
Kleines Hotel mit zweckmäßiger Ausstattung. Kein überflüssiger Schnick-Schnack und doch fehlte es an nix, nix, nix; alles vorhanden. Rund um gut bis sehr gut, wenn auch nicht nagelneu oder taufrisch.
