Die Häuser stehen alle so dicht an dicht. Man kann dem Gegenüber immer schön auf den Balkon oder ins Zimmer schauen. Die engen Gassen ... schön geht anders. .

Perfect location for skiing, wonderful modern and new apartments, very easy to check in and check out. Only comment, the parking is paid extra, but at least very convenient right under the building. Great experience, would highly recommend.

New apartments located a few blocks from train station and downtown Andermatt. The apartment has everything you need for a formidable stay, would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again. Staff is very helpful and go beyond to make your stay an exceptional one. Bear in mind there is a 10-15 minute walk to train station amd gondola. Consider renting skis at Meyer just a few steps from the gondola which offer valet service and avoid walking to hotel with skis and boots.

The apartments were beautiful but the check in and check out communication was not very good. They also turned our keys off everyday of our stay. If they were more clear about the parking situation and check out expectations and directions this place would be a 10/10.

Can’t recommend this place enough! My husband and I visited for our honeymoon and booking the newly built apartments was the best decision ever. It is a short walk from the train station, the gondola and town. The town does close pretty early but we took advantage of having our own kitchen to cook. The craftsmanship of the apartments exceeded our expectations- I am an Interior Designer in the states and I was very impressed with the layout and design! The storage was clever and everything we needed, they had in the apartment. The staff was also so so sweet- Our train/connecting trains were delayed, but someone from the office stayed after hours, drove their car over to help us with our luggage (we had a lot considering we brought our snowboards/gear/etc). It was so thoughtful and we were very grateful! They are still in the middle of adding more buildings, but the apartments are so well insulated we didn’t hear a peep. 10000/10 recommend!! Can’t wait to come back sometime.

We had an excellent stay in Andermatt. The Alpine Apartments are located a short walk away from the center of town and the building had everything we needed. Everything was as described and we came to find a few pleasant surprises like the ski locker downstairs, fitness area, sauna and larger dining rooms / lounges. Had a great stay and can’t wait to come back and visit.

The staff were amazing! Ruben, Jonas and the rest of the team helped make our stay a worry free and truly memorable experience. Ruben's recommendation of the local favorite for fondue then going the extra mile to help us secure a reservation epitomizes the exceptional customer service we received. The apartment was spectacular, very clean and well appointed. We highly recommend Andermatt Alpine Apartments for the ultimate Swiss ski vacation.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit Lücken
Ausstattung der Küche war etwas merkwürdig. Wir hatten nur einen Topf! Und auch nur 3 Gabeln. Für den Preis etwas sehr sparsam. Auch war das Fondue Rechaude beschädigt und wir mussten etwas basteln, zudem gab es keine Streichhölzer oder Feuerzeug. Trotzdem hat es uns gefallen. Die fehlenden Gerätschaften wurden anstandslos vom freundlichen Radisson Personal ersetzt. Die Sauna war unser Highlight. Das wertet die, für unserem Geschmack etwas zu düster eingerichte Wohnung extrem auf.

Eine tolle, moderne und top-ausgestattete Hotel- und Appartement-Anlage. Einzig die vielen Baustellen (es entstehen weitere Häuser und ein Hotel) sind unter der Woche etwas "lärmig".

Poor value for mom
The apartments are advertised as premium and also charged accordingly. Essential things missing; no microwave, no dishwashing essentials, 1 (!) drinking glass. The room is so small you can barely turn around. The bed is a sofa but as you don’t want to convert every day it is just one bed the whole time and NO sofa. Given the price I think this is really not worth the money.

Sehr schön,jedoch nicht ganz der beworbene Komfort
Apartments sind in sehr gutem Zustand. Alles qualitativ hochwertig. Enttäuschend war die Tatsache, dass kein Lappen, Schwamm; Spülmittel oder auch Spülmaschinentab vorhanden war. Bei dem Preis und Standard sollte dies inklusive sein. Achtung auch mit dem Kamin, haben das Apartment EXTRA mit Kamin gebucht, bei Holznachfrage jedoch erfahren, dass diesen angeblich nur noch "Besitzer" benutzen dürfen. Insgesamt also nicht ganz der versprochene Komfort.

Very modern and well equipped appartment. The only problem was that the heating was set to between 19 and 21 degrees which meant even with the windows open in February it was very hot sleeping! Having visited we are not sure that we have bought into the dream of the "mystic mountains". Andermatt used to be a small quaint swiss town. The scale of the new development and the commercialisation of the town is one a scale I have never seen before. It has all been "beautifully masterplanned". But I am not convinced it is really necessary..........!!!!

The apartment was clean and modern. When I read the welcome manual on the living room table it explained that there was a information binder how do use the modern appliances in the kitchen? There was no such binder and noticed that there was parts missing on on appliances to make coffee in the morning. I explained it to the front desk immediately I eventually got a replacement coffee frothier more than a day later, never got a information binder and had to YouTube how to work the stove and oven. There was no napkins in the kitchen , nor tissues anywhere which I advised the front desk for some said they’re not included even though there were leather covers for tissues in the bathroom. Seems like a basic necessity. There was also a broken towel rack in the bathroom, which was never repaired
