일본 쪽방촌 생각이 났다. 좁고, 에어컨소리 헐, TV는 뭐 다 유료라는건지 쬐그만하고, 웹의 사진과 다름

All fine...restaurant menu needs upgradation. Way to the basement parking and its exit is very narrow and risky is you love your car. Parking area needs more cleaning.

Centraly located
Best location in central city. Retaurants and shopping mall nearby. Clean and well lighted atrium. Great breakfast.

Nice hotel and good locations lot of joints to eat
Very good experience. Food and breakfast is very good. Staff and housekeeping is good.it's on the main road and lot of places nearby to have a variety of food.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service.. My grandmother who is handicapped and my parents were in India to visit. I made the reservation online. The staff was outstanding. Mr. MODI provided excellent service. I would definitely recommend this property. We look forward to staying with you again next time we visit India.

A typically Ginger property
Rooms are small. My double occupancy room was in a corner. A typical business hotel. Food was good. Staff & Service were excellent.

A good hotel in vadodara
The stay in hotel was comfortable.The restaurant and rooms were good .The staff was helpful.The only problem was the cable tv.The clarity and reception of tv channels was very poor..The overall stay was comfortable and was worth for the money payed

A comfortable trip for the money you pay.
I reached Ginger 2 hours before my checkin time and the hotel staff was happy to check me in by then.. I havent seen this luxury anywhere else in the whole wide world. The room was clean and topped up with bottled water, had a kettle and a fridge and A/C.. You dont get a fridge and an A/C in lot of parts of the world for that money.. Also the breakfast was complimentary. Food was great at the restaurant and the location is in the heart of the city.. They have a travel desk of their own and all the facilities and charges are quite reasonable.. Its like enjoying a Holiday Inn at Travelodge prices.. Should I say anymore..

It was the worst experience i ever had ; a. At reception welcome is 0 b. Only one person at receiption & took almost 30 min for check in formalities C. while booking online NO mention of Early check-in charges was a big surprise ( paid @50% extra on room rent ) & charged for Buffet breakfast also d. Breakfast quality & variety is ridiculous e. Don't expect any good services SAY TATA to GINGER will never recommend to anyone , even if it is free stay

Ginger Vadodara is a I-will-come-back Hotel
Comfortable and convenient, only the rooms placed to one side on the ground floor have little privacy as they almost touch the residential building next door. The shower in my room has to be replaced.

good budget choice
The Ginger provided just the basics and would be good choice if on a very tight budget. The rate was supposed to include wi-fi, but my traveling companions could not access the wi-fi, which forced us to move to other accomodations.

Basic but pleasant enough
This is a basic hotel and after the initial 2 hour delay of checking in because the hotel could not find my Expedia reservation everything else was ok in my 11 night stay. The room was clean and tidy with all the basics you need, the bed was comfortable. Luckily I went in the cold season so I did not need the Aircon as the unit was very noisey and I could not have slept with it running. The complimentary internet was fast compared to the other hotels I have stayed at in India and that is a bonus when you are 1000's of miles from home. It did break one night which was typical because it was the night I needed it the most. The restaurant food was excellent and the staff there very friendly (unlike the reception staff who were always too busy to talk to customers and looked unhappy all the time). Maybe the buffet could have changed a little more, the choice was very much the same everyday but after eating there 14 times I was not bored enough to go somewhere else.

value for Money
This is a value hotel run by the Tata group of companies. I have stayed at this hotel on multiple locations and will stay again. It is like the upscale store brands in grocery. No frills, just a good room and a good place to park for a night or two. Food, if you like Indian food that is, is cheap and they also have a Cafe Coffee Day location within the hotel. Will stay again. Note not all rooms have windows, had to get them to change my room because of that. Very accomodating staff. They do offer free Wi-Fi. But neither they nor I could get it to work. That was a bummer.

A good business hotel
However, as a business traveller, I need to continueously use internet (email) services. The hotel sells TATA WI-FI cards for an outrageous proce of 331Rs (7.30 USD) !!! These cards can be purchased in other hotels in town for less than a 1/3 of Ginger's price. My advice: find yourself an alternative solution for internet connection. Also, if you don't have a local cell phone, connecting is a nightmare. Just go to the receptionist with your laptop, and ask him to help you in establishing the first connection (that is, if you purchse their cards)
