The staff makes this property, check in was busy but they were steady and gracious, the guys working the pool were nice to give our family extra time in hot tub since we checked in so late, property is older but maintained - excellent location in town and access to ski area - food at breakfast and the soup/cookies were good - thanks

Ok hotel with good location for the bus to Beaver Creek. Breakfast was terrible. Hard to mess up dehydrated scrambled eggs this badly. Food kept running out. Hot tub was warm but missing the nozzle covers so it was just hot water but no jets.

Great [place to stay if you are a skier. Good parking, breakfast included. Hot tub and pool and a bus stop that takes you to the hill for skiing right in front of the hotel

We were in an unfortunate accident while traveling and needed to wait on a car part. We were able to get a room and accommodations for our pups in a jiffy. The staff was super nice. The property was clean and snow was cleared from the walkways. Hot chocolate available every afternoon and a hot breakfast in the morning. Truly a life saver.

Super convenient to catch the bus to ski both BC and Vail. Breakfast every morning and a hot tub after skiing. We thought very reasonable.

5 stars but place needs remodel in the near future
They are trying to make sure guests will leave 5 stars during their stay which i did despite the condition of the place. It needs remodel thats for sure but for time being they put a patch on everything. In case of our room the toilet was broken which we managed to go around and shower needed caulking and overall attention. Staying there for 4 days after 2nd day breakfest got realy boring. Its always pretty much the same with a little tiny change here and there on the shape of the eggs. Good location for someone who wants to take a bus. People who work there make a difference and is the reason mostly for me giving this place 5 stars.

The property is fine - but the rate has increased significantly over the past year. It’s a very basic hotel - I realize Avon is expensive due to proximity to Vail and Beaver Creek but It’s crazy to spend same price for a hotel in Avon as a hotel in Hawaii!

The hotel is a little tired, but it’s probably reflective of the price-point. Having said that the room was very clean, and the employees were very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again if we were visiting the area.
