마테호른 보이는 호텔
체르마트역에서는 거리가 좀 있어요. 캐리어 끌고 가기에 좀 힘듭니다..많이ㅠㅠ 택시를 타고 가시길 추천해요. (15분정도 걸리는데 마지막 5분 정도는 오르막과 내리막..) 스튜디오를 예약했는데 룸업그레이드 해주셔서 마테호른이 보이는 방에서 묵을 수 있었어요. 정말정말 좋았습니다! 스튜디오는 호텔 맞은편 건물인듯한데 엘레베이터가 없다고 합니다. 참고하세요. 역에서 거리가 좀 있지만 다음 번에도 여기서 묵을 생각이에요. 리셉션도 친절했고 체크아웃 하고나서는 택시타고 역에 갔는데 2인 10프랑이었어요. 택시기사님이 호텔에 소속되어 있는 것 같더라고요. (추측임)

마테호른이 보이는 방에서 편안히 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 타 유럽 호텔과 달리 화장실도 넓었고, 호텔룸도 깨끗했습니다.

호텔 청결도와 서비스 모두 좋습니다. 다만, 기차역에서 조금 떨어져 있다는 점이 단점이라면 단점입니다. 하지만 충분히 걸어서 갈 만한 거리입니다.

역에서 15분정도 걸리지만 전체적으로 추천한다. 엘리베이터가 있어서 좋았고 방과 화장실이 매우 넓었다. 조식이 잘 나와서 만족스럽다.

I didn’t realize that you could actually book a room for 1 person. Once I got to the room I realized that it was only for 1 person. The person that checked us in saw that it was me and my mother and say nothing about it. The next day we were having breakfast and someone from the counter came in while we were having breakfast and started yelling at us that we were trying to steal from the hotel. I tried to explained what happened but the old fart was super rude and disgusting.

I stayed at the Alpenblick Superior for one night while in Zermatt. The hotel was conveniently located to the main train station, old town, shopping and dining. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Room was a nice size, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was a nice size. Free breakfast very good with both hot and cold options. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location close to the Matterhorn Glacier Gondola. Easy walk from the train station even with luggage. We had an amazing view of the Matterhorn from the top floor.

The property and service was lovely. The access to the private sauna was amazing and the breakfast quality and variety was excellent. Would definitely stay there again. Also, the view of the Matterhorn from the balcony was perfect and stunning.

My stay was comfortable. It was very close to the lift. Only a 5 minute walk. Breakfast everyday was great too. Would stay there again next time I visit, definitely!

Nice, close to lifts, unique
Very homey and relaxed atmosphere. It's a nice historical building and suitable decor inside, it might be not as new, modern and posh as some other hotels, but it has everything you need for a good ski vacation: good breakfast(excellent fresh bread), 5 minutes walk to lift, sauna for after skiing, with cold massage shower, good quality mattress and bedding for good night sleep. It's only a 5-10 minutes walk to restaurants and downtown. The rooms are simple but have all you need including a coffee machine, kettle (lot\s of hotels don't include it, and it's very inconvenient if you drink tea and not coffee). I also loved that they have lots of flowers inside even in winter. You can get a room, with the view to Matterhorn, my room has a new updated bathroom, and good size too. On the day of departure, I left my bags at the hotel, and I took a shower after skiing, changed clothes and the concierge (Thank you, Piter) called for a taxi. All in all I really enjoyed my stay.

The only reason for the 4 stars is because I found rooms quite small and that you could hear noises from the corridor and rooms next door.

This hotel is truly one-of-a-kind, boasting an incredible history. My room was spacious, the bathroom was fantastic, and everything was impeccably clean. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a departure from the usual.

Very nice family run hotel. Beautiful property and great view of the Matterhorn. Property does not offer air conditioning which was a surprise but not a deal breaker
